I went in to just cash my check with my Mexican passport. I was robbed of my vehicle and purse the day before. According to the blonde manager. She does not accept “whatever country this is from” passports because they are not valid. Only valid passports are US passports according to her at least. Which is a lie because I went straight to a different branch they had no problem cashing my check even spoke to their manager and he said of course they accept other country passports and even open new accounts with them. He helped me get ahold of corporate to file a complaint because being discriminated against is never ok. Even the person in the phone that took the complaint was shocked.

Miss McCarthy helped me today. I was in and out within 20 minutes. She not only executed the task I needed done, but went ahead and helped me update a number of things. Now I’m all set up and current with a card on the way. Such a painless bank trip!! Thanks to the kind, welcoming staff.

I’ve been a customer for 15 years. Made an ATM deposit with a check from my insurance company. I admit made simple mistake when I deposited the check. No notice from the bank that check was rejected. No email no text no call? Discovered myself two days later. They could not tell me why it was rejected no communication from the ATM department no images or notes in there system!? Now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days before I get a bank check not the original. In total probably going to be 10 days. So beware when using an ATM to deposit a check. I was told I would get a call from the manager on Monday, but I had to call Tuesday late afternoon before I got somewhat of an explanation. Very disappointed with US Bank.

We really miss the millplain and 87th location. The people are much nicer. Also, with masks I can’t rely on reading your lips. Today your drivethru mic was very very quiet and the lady snapped at us for not being able to hear her. We may not be rich but we do still deserve respect.

Worst banking experiance. No alerts if you ever overdraft and they will keep racking up a bill every day your under. The person helping me was passive agresive which doesn't help. Big banks like these nickle and dime you to death. The best experiance was cancelling my account. My only regret was not doing it sooner. All this over a $6 overdraft which cost me $67. in the end. Do yourself a favor and run away.

Good bank, nice people. Supposed to make an appointment to open account, but I did not realize. They let me open it anyway. Very nice of them. They should stop the whole "make an appointment thing!" Chase is doing the same, so....

the drive through ATM is constantly in need of repair, out of cash, or being repaired. there is only one ATM for the entire building, while the nearby Chase Bank has an ATM near their entrance as well as drive through service. very frustrating to drive from my home to deposit checks and the ATM is out of service or not accepting deposits. probably about half the time it's not working... why a bank as large as USBank doesn't replace the faulty ATM and add a second one is a mystery to me...the drive through lines are usually busy so you wait in a line of cars for awhile too.

Had a busy morning and stopped in to see why my debit card wasn’t working, found out it was due to fraud. Haley, the teller helping me gave me 1-800 number and helped me through the situation. I was in and out within minutes a new debit card on the way! Could not be happier with US Bank with the fraud protection and Haley for the excellent customer service! Been with US Bank since 2006 and will continue!! Job well done!!

Horrible service. Went in to open a savings and I already have an account there and they told me I have to make an appt. then tried to use the atm and it doesn’t work. It sucks this is the only one near me. We may just find a new bank.

Walked into branch and 3 out of 5 employees aren't following mask mandate. You are required to wear them in indoor areas where the public can come in. I have to use them for work but everytime I go in it's like this. UPDATE: Everytime I go in there it's still the same. I hate going I'm there. There is no care to the mandate or customer and community health.
