Bob helped me get my mortgage loan to purchase my home. This was not the first time I applied for a mortgage. I was not looking forward to the process. My experience with prior mortgage applications was that the bank would ask for the same documents no less than three times, and, being self employed, there were more documents needed. Bob's attention to detail turned what would have been the usual nightmare into a very pleasant experience. Not only did he corral 95% of the documents needed in advance, he made sure that the documents already produced did not get lost. I can't recommend him (and Investors) highly enough.

Kristen Figueroa is amazing and so sweet! I loved having her as our Loan Officer! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She put us in a special program for being a first time home buyers. After we were pre approved, she would check in every couple weeks to see how the house hunting was coming along. I really appreciated her effort to keep up communication.
