Lack of communication Lack of empathy Had Goyugi Sia tell me credit union would pay fees IF THEY were at fault but they usually aren’t. I don’t need to know what usually happens I’m confused and concerned about what’s regarding my situation.

Been a loyal customer for over 15yrs. What kind of Bank doesnt accept coins!? I scheduled an appt with my intentions. What a waste of my time and money. Or in this case my Children's. Just so yall know coins are still considered money. A bank that doesnt want money isn't a bank. You used to keep the coin counter machines in the entry ways before yall moved them to the back. What happened? Where did they go? Called your branch and got the same response. My kids piggy banks are full and I cant deposit them into their accounts because yall dont take quarters, dims, nickles, and pennies!?
Hello Kyle. Our business model was updated over three years ago when we launched InTouch Teller. It was during this transition we sent out communication to members letting them know of the change, which included information about the removal of our coin counting machines. The cost of operating our credit union has been $34 to $35 million per year, and climbing. We cannot sustain this level of cost and pay high dividends on deposits, as well as charge low loan rates. Moving to the ITM business model will substantially help us reduce our operating expenses, which in turn allows us to offer competitive rates to our members. This is a model that numerous credit unions and banks have successfully adopted and we are committed to doing the same. We understand this is disappointing to some members, but we hope with the new model and additional upgrades we've put in place, along with new products and services, will enhance the membership experience.

I meet Lakeisha Robert's at a basketball game and she so happen to be wearing her InTouch shirt. She talked to me about their business and personal banking, so I decided to stop by and I ended up switching my business and personal accounts from Bank of America to InTouch CU. Lakeisha was amazing!! She was very helpful, informative and provided great customer service. Ian Burkhardt as well was a great help! His customer service was great. I'm looking forward to building a future with InTouch Credit Union. I will definitely be telling other business partners and owners about InTouch CU.

I just moved here from South Texas and I needed to utilize shared branching. I went into in touch and met with Debby Disher Sr. Personal Financial Assistant. She walk me through the steps I was able to make a deposit and be out of there in about 7 minutes. She demonstrated great member service.

I’ve been with Intouch over a decade now and I have never meet anyone like Ian, the Branch Manager. He made my experience opening up another account very easy and personable. He was definitely assisting me with matters pertaining to the account, but it was like he wanted to know more about me! The simple fact that he listened, related, and showed interest was phenomenal. It really felt like he was an extended cousin. Thank you for hiring Ian he is a wonderful asset! I really hope corporate see’s this and does something really nice for him.

I have banked with Intouch for years and have never had an issue. I have a credit card with them and received a promotion for 0% until September 2021 on any purchase. I chose to purchase new ac unit with the promotion for the full balance of the card. I was just informed today by the ac company that the payment was rejected and I had to use another credit card to apply the full balance of the ac unit install on. I'm so mad and disappointed that none of the documentation I received from the promotion said that it was only for half of balance that you have on your credit card. I will be looking for another bank on the near future. After speaking with John at the branch, my issue was resolved and they corrected the promotional rate. I will continue to bank with Intouch credit union. Thanks John.

I give a 5 star rating to Chloe Wilbert. She helped me with my request to close an account. It was being processed and I realized I had an outstanding check that I forgot about. It was totally my error. She monitored the account until all was straightened out and then forwarded to me the final statement a month later. 5 Stars for Debbie. I've said this before, but it never gets old for me cause when I walk into the S. Plano branch, Debbie Fisher always comes out (from behind her desk) to greet me and ask what she can do for me today. Her knowledge of what needs to be done is vast and no matter what question I have she always knows the best way/procedure to use to get me what I asked for and need. As a former (and long time customer) system analyst and programmer of this credit union (I worked and retired from EDS from the Financial SBU) I have first hand experience in how it's suppose to work and Debbie has never failed!

I had an amazing experience here’s Lisseth helped me immediately and I was able to get my car refinanced with added GAP the same day! Process was quick and she went out of her way to help with the approval! She did an excellent job! I recommend this place for anyone wanting to purchase or refinance a car!
