This was probably the best experience I have ever had with a lender. This team made the process so easy friendly. I almost went with another more popular lender and I know now that I would have regretted it. I’m thankful for the customer service, the timely communication and honesty from the team. InterLinc Mortgage is the most efficient mortgage company we have ever used. We have purchased three homes and completed two mortgage refinances and our purchase with InterLinc is the smoothest mortgage transaction we’ve ever had. Danielle and Gracie are excellent! Wes let us know what was happening every step of the way. I whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone purchasing a home. Our loan was VA which has notoriously confusing and stringent requirements and InterLinc got us closed on time with no issues. I would absolutely use them again.

I recently purchased my first home and used Wes and his team at InterLinc as my lender. I was expecting for it to be a long and difficult process with plenty of hurdles and complications to endure. InterLinc did a great job of working through a difficult situation with me regarding an appraisal done the wrong way which almost pushed out our close. InterLinc swooped in and saved the day -- guaranteeing the loan could process and burning the candle at both ends to get it done.
