Not only did he do everything he could to make sure we got the house we wanted...he checked numbers...put it through underwriting...and worked countless hours to make sure we didn't loose money due the very aggressive nature of best and final offers. He even helped me raise my credit score to get the next tier better to lower my interest rate. Although the customer service was outstanding, I would say the personalization and human touch he had in talking to us was better. He talked like a normal human rather than just another person he is to get gain on. I would recommend Dante for the ease and a no stress. I was blown away with the speed and professionalism I experienced working with Dante and Kennady! I was constantly updated and made aware of how things were progressing. I was never left wondering. Any questions I had were answered immediately. I'll be honest, I had zero expectations that they'd make the closing date they set. It was less than a month from when my offer was accepted! But they did! Easily! I actually closed on that date! It was easily the most painless house buying experience I've had. I appreciate that they accommodated several ways of uploading documents, too. That process was very convenient also. They earned 10 out of those 5 stars - you should seriously consider using these guys and make the tedious process of buying a home so much more pleasant.
