Dana assisted my family in securing a mortgage so we could buy our first home. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and thorough. She made sure we understood what was happening during the entire process. I felt (still feel!) confident that we were getting the best mortgage and rate that was available to us. Later on, she contacted us when conditions were favorable for us to refinance. I’ve recommended people to Dana and will continue to do so in the future.

This review is for the property management services provided by Dana Chahidi and Ali Chahidi the owners of Inter Capital Group. Unfortunately my experience with them was I think one of the most un-professional experience I have ever had. This is due to the consistent deceitfulness from both the owners. And the complete lack of response to any request made by their tenants. They go so far with their incompetence that they cost their home owners money by going to court against tenants with false claims and no evidence to back up the claims and utilize fraudulent documents in order to attempt to receive monetary compensation from tenants. I cannot say anything about the brokerage and real estate services however I can only assume that they have the same lack of standards and principals in those services as well.

Dana has refinanced our mortgage for us. The process was smooth and there were no hassles at all. She was always professional and explained very clearly what we needed to do, what we needed to pay, and what we could expect. We have even contacted her since then when rates were very low to find out if we should refinance. She looked at our situation and explained to us why we wouldn't benefit by a refinance at that time. She knows the bay area situation well and does a great service for her clients.

Dana has been our mortgage broker since we bought our 1st home. She's knowledgeable, friendly and always does a great job for us. I highly recommend her and Inter-Capital Group.
