I am writing this review four months post the closing of our dream house. Our experience with Integrity was excellent in all aspects of the deal. Shane was a God send, and there is no way we would have closed on the home without his help. He provided concierge level service from dealing with Surveys who were elusive and educated both my relator and I. Communication was key; Took 3 months to close and I could always reach him via text message 7 days of the week and phone call for me as I talk more than I can write. Team members of integrity members I also dealt with were very responsive. In the 3 months, we put two offers, and the latter being the dream home. This was our 3rd home and there seemed to be complications arising from the seller, relator and title company. Shane mediated through all of these issues and continued follow up post closing. As for me and my family, we will keep our business with Integrity.

Shane was awesome from the start. He communicated with us on a constant basis and made the process flawless. He even accompanied us to closing to ensure that all went well. Can’t say there are many like him out there. Keep up the good work sir.

We didn't know what to expect after hearing so many different stressful stories from friends and family when they closed on their homes, luckily we had Chad & his entire team. Chad Milner from Integrity was amazing from start to finish. He was patient with all my questions, fast to respond to every text/email (preternaturally fast), and explained everything in a way that made sense even to someone as green as I am in home buying. I really felt like I could trust him and Integrity Mortgage more than the other companies I had tried first, and will definitely recommend to all my friends.

l am not sure who gave them 5 starts or if these reviews are fake or paid for but my personal experience was horrible. I worked with Glenn from Integrity team for 3 weeks on a home loan. He stopped the process 9 days before closing stating my income is not enough and they have to follow what the owners of the company will say . I asked him multiple times to make sure of that in the beginning but he kept saying we are good. I was very fortunate that another loan officer took over the financing and closed us at the same time Glen was going to close and she said she was very confused and shocked why my loan was denied with them as my income is more than enough to qualify for this loan. Long story short, stay away and find another loan company who would not give you anxiety and waste your time buying a house.
