Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Horizon Rd, Rockwall

First time at this branch, great service, Varuna was super helpful. Got our work done quick.

How can a bank only be open 9am - 4pm Monday thru Friday what about people who have normal jobs , this is ridiculous!!!

Not surprised this branch was a 2.1 star... Tellers love to argue when depositing checks then try to say “oh they changed it I guess” when proven wrong... The manager is as rude as you can get to a customer wrong bourse posted on the door... I walk in to deposit a check and they say “we are closed” the door was unlocked... customer held the door open for me... tell me why the manager yells across the store instead of walking his last customer out? Again not surprised this branch is a 2.

I am giving this location 5 stars because of the lovely female security guard who is the most helpful and friendly person I’ve met. She had such a positive attitude and was very attentive. I was offered a bottle of water and frequently checked on because she knew I had been waiting my turn for a while. This woman deserves a raise. While the wait times are a little long at this location I have not had a bad experience with any of the employees. Everyone has been professional and very polite.

I've been a Bank of America customer for years and years. I came to BOA after a poor customer experience with American National Bank. Now it seems BOA has started down the path to the darkside. Their customer service, hours of operation, machine answering service, directions and all, are not about their customers. I'm now considering moving my business and my six figure accounts to Chase.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever worked with. If you have multiple businesses they charge you in anyway they can, you’re never a priority when you show up with a scheduled appointment and they never respond to emails. The app is horrible too. You can’t link all your account without being charge. It’s impossible to transfer money around because nothing links. When you want to link accounts you can never get on the phone with anyone because they just keep transferring you to other people for businesses. I have been so frustrated working with them since I switched over I’ve been with them for almost a year and I want to leave so badly.

Having problems with my company debit card and stopped in to get another one mailed to me and they gave me a cold shoulder. They wanted me to go to my online apps which I do not use and then they told me I had to have a 1-800 number I think it's time to change Banks

This is an exceptionally poor managed branch. I have tried and tried to reach someone by phone to make an appointment to simply get into safety deposit box. No one answers phone and goes to a telephone loop system. What has happened to BOA and their attitude toward customer service? Perhaps those executives in Charlotte need to take a look at what is happening to their culture in Rockwall, if anyone really cares.

Was asked too many questions about depositing a tax check. I had the account at the bank. So my wife and I deposited the check in my account. Normally since I have the account. All my wife would do is sign the check and provide her license. They wanted my license also (I have the account and my debit card for my ID). Then the lady said the government might return the check since she's not on my account. That's a lie... We deposited a government check in my wife's account (I was not on). Her bank took my license info and deposited the check no problem. The government didn't return check. Because we're black we have to go through this. I was very upset with this hassle. I've banked with BOA for 30 years. This is the first time I had to do this.

I asked the teller for my balance to pay off my 2 credit cards earlier in the month. I found out later that I still owed $30 and $2 additional dollars for unaccrued interest?! I specifically asked for the amount owed, I didn't realize I had to inform the teller of the unaccrued interest, isn't that supposed to be their job? I tried notifying the bank, nobody answers at this location??? HELP - loosing confidence in their banking abilities. A lot of bad reviews for this location....
