We recently worked with Bruce and Integrity Lending for a home re-finance. Bruce came right to our home to review options and for us to do paperwork. Everything was easy and professional. Bruce helped us refinance twice- each time a smooth and easy process. Bruce was patient, answering our questions in details and further explaining any confusion we had. Our schedules were busy, and Bruce was willing to meet with us in the evenings at our home. The people he had come to appraise our property as well as close the loan, each time, were pleasant, on time, and professional. I purchased a condominium last June and processed my mortgage through Integrity Lending. It was my first home buying experience and Bruce was great to guide through all the confusing and panicking moments. He was willing to jump in to help situations regarding multiple incentives that I was applying for and his help was crucial for me to get two great incentives through my work and the city. Mortgage went through as promised from the beginning and it was a very satisfying experience. Highly recommended.
