I've had my mortgage with Carrington for over 5 years now. I recently did a refi to lower my rate and years and Carrington made it easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.

I have been receiving refi offers from Carrington for quite some time and ignoring them, because I really did not know anything about Carrington, since my mortgage had been sold so many times since I bought the house. I was looking to refinance into a conventional loan to take advantage of the low interest rates. As anyone could imagine I was very skeptical and a bit nervous about the process. I did some digging around and looked a various other lenders prior to choosing Carrington. I was sold on Carrington once I got on the phone with Marcus Lindsey. He made me feel at ease from the beginning and did a great job at explaining things to me. He worked with Amanda Sikes (Sr. Loan Processor) to help expedite my loan and within 30 days I was closing on my refinance from a VA loan to a conventional loan. That is a winner on my book! Every other lender I spoke with was taking around 60-90 days just to close. The process efficient and fast and best of all I did it all through email. From the onset Marcus made sure I was prepared with all the documents and information that Amanda would need to process my application. Amanda expedited my request being that I was scheduled to leave the country very close to the closing date. I did my due diligence to get them everything they asked for within the same hour or less. In the end, I closed on my new loan and I am super impressed and satisfied with Carrington.

As my mortgage was suddenly transferred over to CMS mid remodification, Dan Fogle stepped up to the plate when my previous point of contact stopped returning my calls. He explained everything to me in great detail every step along the way. He kept in touch with updates during the times of processing and made sure I got where I needed to be. Dan F is a wealth of knowledge and truly knows how to take care of his clients. My experience with Dan is what turned my first impression of CMS, as a new customer, into a great one. I truly appreciate Dan's hard work and above and beyond work ethic. It's admirable!

I was transferred from chase to Carrington, I read the bad reviews which had me worried. After two years with them I was very pleased with their service. I refinanced my home with them and I’m very pleased with service.

Refinancing with Carrington Mortgage eliminated most of my credit card debt and got me a new home loan with a shorter term and much lower interest rate. The folks I dealt with were helpful, professional, and courteous. There was very little stress in the process and everything (other than the closing) was done through emails and e-sign documents. It was simple and straight forward. I am a very happy customer!

Re-fi from 4% to 3%. Only took about a month but would have been quicker if I was at home to submit required documents. Mr. Newman was most helpful.
