This pawn shop had a variety of merchandise with great prices, such a clean and organized store for being a pawn shop compare to other pawn shops I've been too, it smelled really good over all it gave such a welcoming atmosphere, Matt helped me and went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for, definitely A1 on customer service , I will definitely be referring family and friends to this location. Thank you for making me laugh when I was having a bad day. Very attentive in a very professional way.

They have taken a dive for the worse. The buildings is falling apart from the inside out. Cause all the employees are ugly,rude,fat,spoiled with attitudes. An no way care about the customer. service is horrible and stinks literally.

Put an item on layaway here then didnt need it because the exact item was given to me brand new. I went to the store to try to apply the payment I made to another item and was told that I would lose all my money. I will not be purchasing anything else at this store.

Rude and really don't care if their customers are happy.They try to blame you if there is a problem like they can do no wrong.I have spent more money than I care to admit with them, but no more I am done with this Insta-Cash Pawn .Was told they have customers that spend hundreds of thousands of dollars and they are treated the same way! This happened on 9/9/17 at 4:15 P:M and this is not the first time! I said I would call corporate and he said go ahead ! Really!!!!! Notice the "owner" could only have a smart comment as a response.Point Proven!!!!

Lots of cool stuff. Tools. Jewels, gold, silver. Lots of badass guns. I always have a great time in there. We've bought 3 guns in there. 2 shotguns and a rifle 2 were collectors items. The also have layaway.

Decent people here. Although don’t ever buy any silver bullion from them it’ll be expensive. I brought some small light gold bracelets and was given pretty close to what I asked for. Much better than Ken’s

DO NOT GO TO THIS PAWN SHOP. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOU DO NOT KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. They are liars and thieves. They had a copy of my receipt (which the manager never wanted me to see from the beginning), another employee brought it out and the con artist manager claimed it was "void" because I was right about how much I owed and the day I was due to pay. There was no void stamp on the receipt, and they refused to show me the copy of the supposedly corrected receipt. They took the original receipt from me and never allowed me to look at it again. DO NOT GO HERE! If there was ever an error, I should have received a call or some sort information, and they definitely should have been able to show me where it was void. THEIR COPY OF THE RECEIPT NEVER EVEN SAID VOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should have gone to Ken's Express Pawn from the beginning.

This place is run by circus clowns and i am so sorry that some people are forced to use these fools. I was quoted 30 c an ounce (spot price $20 per ounce)on silver bullion. I Repeated it multiple times and this is what the kid said.I called back and then the manager told me the only way that a person can test for silver is to drill multiple holes in it. I told him that is a last resort and there are other ways to do so. He kindly told me to take my business to dallas cause drilling is the only way . Please considers all your other ways of doing business before going there. You will regret it .
