They deducted $10 from my account in April and in May for inactivity, that’s absolutely ridiculous. That’s like stealing money, unbelievable!!

The best Credit union around. I am a member of many Credit unions. I am not close my account down in most of them because of how I was treated at Inspire. When I called I always had someone to talk to on the phone. When I went in to open my business account I was welcomed by a teller that explained to me everything I need. They were about to close in 30 mins but they had no problem opening my account I left 30 mins after the Inspire closed. When opening my account after the branch was closed at no time did they try to rush me along they answered all my questions for me and took the time to explain everything to me? Customer service is amazing. make you feel like your in a small-town bank where everyone knows your name. Thank you for making me no feel like just a number.

I ended my account today and moved it to another credit union. Stay away, they no longer care about the community and will do anything to make a profit. The new leadership is a mess and racist towards us who live in Bristol.

Ryan helped me with setting up a free checking account and savings account. He also helped me get lower insurance rates on my home and car and ended up saving me 800 dollars a year in insurances.

I spoke to a female member service rep and I the service wouldn’t recognize when I pressed 1. My name is jessica morrow and I spoke to her today around 3pm. She was very friendly and professional. I wish I could’ve completed her survey cause she deserved brownie points for being so nice. I should’ve gotten her name! I work at a credit union myself and having front line staff that is so member oriented is GOLD. Thank you.

Today was an amazing day! I was given the opportunity to meet @Karen Madotto, and Samantha Peters at Inspire Federal Credit Union, in Bristol, PA and I have to tell you this is the future of banking! I never met a company so well put together, and helpful, and moreover excited to see their customers or banking family; I never had an experience like this and if you have a chance to come and visit they will blow your mind! Karen, and Sam THANK YOU for making this whole experience so easy!

I highly recommend their banking services and the amazing customer service. I was able to open a savings account today with Kylie and even got an insurance quote that’s better than what I had before!

Ashley and Brian went above and beyond to correct a situation I was having at the Bristol branch after talking to Ashley I believe inspire is trying to change and go back to how they were before the big change.

I love this credit union, they’re always nice and welcoming! And they offer tons of great banking services!!
