Chris argued with my lawyer about the law. Then spent a considerable amount of time checking if my lawyer was right. All of this was charged to me. Chris is VERY slow. 6 hours to do a basic audit of three excel sheets. 3 hours to generate a 3 page form letter with the results. The end result, the bill was twice as high as it should have been. Pay more for a more professional and efficient analyst. It will save you money in the long haul. EDIT: They also double billed me. Not a good sign for a finance company if they aren't able to keep track of their own finances.
