Horrible service when it comes to card services. They use a 3rd party company for fraudulent charges which withdrew money from my account twice as a mistake after crediting the wrong amount initially. So not only did I have to wait for over a month on money from fraudlent charges, I got charged DOUBLE THE AMOUNT DURING THE DISPUTE AND HAD TO WAIT TO GET THAT MONEY RETURNED THAT WAS NEVER DISPUTED IN THE FIRST PLACE!! What a complete hassle of 4 hrs of phone calls dealing with incompetent reps to still WAIT ON MONEY THAT WAS DOUBLE CHARGED AS THEIR MISTAKE. If I wanted to give loans out I would open my own bank!!!

The worst bank ever. They are never open and when they are open just terrible. 10/10 don’t recommend

The absolute worst customer service. And the tellers mumble, instead of looking at you and speaking clearly. I would rather drive to Lake Mary . The Lk. Mary branch is more courteous and friendly. Most of my family moved their money and banking to Fairwinds Credit Union.1000 times better than Insight.

Friendly staff at every location but the company is trash. Don’t get any sort of loan from these people. They say they will save you hundreds each payment of whatever you have, to only save you a few bucks. The best part is, if you fall behind on a loan payment, the first thing to get deleted is your checking account! Can’t pay debt without a checking account, Insight! Never had any issues like this with big banking.

I loved this bank up until I needed to speak with Ronny Aleman. Every interaction with him felt like I was the bad guy and it was job to calm the situation just to get served. He is highly confrontational. Because of the 2 interactions with Ronny Aleman I've decided to close my account at insight and move to a different bank based solely based off of my bad customer experience at this bank.

I love this branch. Ronny has a great team here. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I am always happy with my service!

This Insight is by FAR "THE BEST" in our area. Always friendly, courtesy and their services are always working properly. Compared to Downtown being a 2 this is a 5 star bank and staff!

By far the worst banking experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Their website has more issues than I have ever seen, they never have more than two people assisting a very long wait line while other employees just wander around and make mundane conversation, and their helpline is never available when I need help. Biggest regret is ever banking with them

We love Insight! I have never had a problem over many years and many visits, and they are truly a community bank that cares about you as a person and not just your money. I would definitely recommend this bank and branch to friends 10/10!

Ronnie is the most patient and knowledgeable credit union rep I have dealt with for awhile. He solved my on line ATM problem after others failed at other branches. He was very patient with me with my hearing condition. THANKS, RONNIE
