I have always banked at Infuze, but I hadn’t ever refinanced a vehicle before so I was new to it but I went in and spoke to Krystal Cook told her what I needed to do and she walked me through everything and made sure she answered all of my questions! We were able to successfully refinance my truck at a way better interest rate!!! I put a call into the bank to see if I could get a car loan. I worked with Katie at the Lebanon Branch on finding the right car to fit my budget. She work well at answering all my questions. She gave me the tools to know if the loan would work for me or not. I bought a car and am very happy. I cannot remember the lady who processed the loan because Katie was working as a cashier that day. But she was also amazing with me and any question I had.
