Was waiting in line about 10 minutes before close and by the time I got to the window they closed. This is definitely not the first time having an issue with people’s attitudes and service. Once I get the chance I will be transferring banks ASAP.

Hope the girls got a good little giggle out of making me walk inside in the pouring rain to provide a service that they have previously done for me 2 separate times through the drive-through. Not great customer service today.

Drive through hours listed on line and at the bank state 6pm closing on Friday. All of us get off work at 5:30 and the bank had already closed drive through at 5:30. So No one was able to cash their work checks. Not something to really complain about normally, however everyone apparently is going to have to leave work early on Friday from now on to get any kind of service from this bank. Definitely changing business and personal accounts to a better bank.

People are great but I have told the repeatedly that I work out of state and not to shut off my card without calling me first. Now for the 3rd time I am stranded 800 miles away from home and can not get gas or in contacted with anyone to try and resolve this situation. I have had it with this bank.

When it comes to a bank, you have to make sure that they will do everything to try and have you keep your money. They have stopped the spending of money (that I did not okay) 3 seperate times. I am very grateful for everything that they have done for me. They are wonderful people to bank with. Very understandable people.
