I don't bank here but I do use the ATM here quite a bit because the location is extremely convenient for me. The ATM ate my card for no reason one time (reason for only 4 stars) and there was no way for them to give it back they said, which was extremely inconvenient. But I've used the ATM here so many other times with no issue, and the location is smack dab in the middle of Scarborough, adjacent to McDonald's kinda.

horrible experience rude staff i would not recommend this place to anyone
Justin, we are disappointed to see your review, as our Scarborough team works hard to provide excellent service for our members. We are also happy to assist non-members with their shared branching needs like cashing their checks, however as we shared we are only able to do so if they present a current valid driver's license.

By far the worse branch and bank I have ever worked with. They don’t listen, that has caused me some problems cause they didn’t do what I asked and of coarse I’m dealing with the Grief all because they could careless about their customers and they just do what they want.
