From my little experience with “Chad” was. Man was pretty lazy and seemed like he was buzzed or drunk the very first time I’ve talked to him. Kept telling us he will get back to us when he is free. Waited over 2 weeks and had to reach out myself. Maybe if I was a white man or female I would’ve gotten better service, but his tone changed when he found out I was “Indian” and one of the those “punjabas” according to him. But hey man was born and raised in Martinsville can’t really expect better from him ha!

I contacted Chad Arnold on Oct 3 2019 and he said I should email all my documents to him at his email address. On Oct 4th I sent all the information he needed and he said he would lock me in on Monday Oct 7 2019. On October 8th he got back to me and said he had a family emergency but would get back with me ASAP. On Oct 11 I contacted him again and he did not respond. Today is Oct 19th and I have heard nothing from our buddy Chad. I contacted his home company and asked if they could find a responsible person to do my home loan. Today is 10/23/2019 I received an email from Ms Johnson a supervisor, saying she was sorry about my experience, and then she said since I was not satisfied she would cancel my application, but did not ask if I wanted to proceed, I would like for this company to remove the hit on my credit report. I went to a different company and the credit report shows their inquiry.
