Huntington Bank S Emerson Ave, Indianapolis

I am very disappointed in this branch as a business customer. The organization whose board I serve on needed to change signers on the account. Another officer and I set up an appointment weeks ago to meet with the business banker to get this done. On the day of the appointment, February 26, we arrived at the bank branch to find the lobby was closed for business. We were not informed of this beforehand or otherwise contacted to reschedule our appointment. I am very disappointed with this Bank and specifically this branch for not meeting basic customer service standards and causing a delay in our organization's business. Just as soon as we reschedule this canceled appointment to change the signers we will be closing our account with this bank and we will not be doing a future business with them.

They NEVER answer the phone and severely lack the ability to treat customers with respect! I’ve never been to a bank where literally everyone that works inside seems to hate their job!

I have banked at Huntington Bank for as long as they have been in Indianapolis, they have the best customer service if any bank Ive ever done business with. My business accounts, personal accounts, and mortgage have all been with Huntington. I have referred friends who agree with me.

The 24-Hour Grace is a nice feature but, that's about all that this bank has going for it. Overall, the company is terrible, not just this branch. I do most of my business through the ATM, but as others have said, it doesn't work all the time. I call the customer service line. They tell me that there must be something wrong with my card, because they haven't had any other complaints about the ATM and have no idea why it wouldn't be working. Then, they suggest driving to a different branch or reissue another card. (How many times do I need a new card??) The tellers are as slow as can be. There can be two cars in the drive-thru and eight cars at the ATM. You will get through the ATM line faster than the drive-thru!

Worst bank ever! My account was overdrawn by $5 and I ended up paying over $300 in fees! Don’t waste your time on this worthless establishment and go to a bank that actually cares about its customers or a credit union. I will NEVER bank with them again and my entire family and friends boycott them now too. Please don’t go here because they will rob you blind and overdraft your account with fees and then charge you $185 overdraft fee on top of that! I hate them so much!

I had really bad experience with this branch everytime I go there. Wanted to make withdrawal was told I cant make the full withdrawal beacause they dont have enough money. I asked why was told thats all you going to get and you can go to different bank withdraw the rest. Edwin and Oreina was extremely rude I am very disappointed in your customer service.

Everytime I arrive at this branch they are extremely professional, as well as, helpful. This is a great branch.

This location has always been so slow. Be sure to not be in a hurry when you visit.

I would advise not using the ATM at this branch twice in a weeks time frame it froze up on me holding my card and money inside. They made it right but still not worth the hassle. The people are nice and the bank itself is fine just not the ATM.

Huntington Banks are fantastic banks, and I go to several of them, depending on whatever side of town I'm on. They gave me a second chance 8 years ago and I've been with them ever since, and I will stay with them. I've never had any issues as well with their ATM's. I was with Chase Bank for many years, before it was even Bank One, and they want your money for themselves. They always said I was overdrawn when I wasn't, just to steal my money. !!! I LOVE HUNTINGTON BANK !!!
