From the minute we walked into this dealership we could tell it was different. No one chased us down in the lot, the staff spoke to us like people and not just the next commission check! If I could give 22 stars I would. I live all the way in Kansas City and Steve Garwood and the staff made buying my brand new car such an easy and worry-free transaction. I flew to Indianapolis and Steve waited at the airport to pick me up and made sure that the car was the first thing I saw leaving the airport. The salesman who helped me purchase my first DREAM CAR is Uriel. I wasn’t very experienced with manuals and is still not but I got it pretty quickly with his help! Process of buying went smoothly. I recommend going to him at Auto Indy Man dealership.

I purchased a 2015 Buick Encore recently for my daughter. It was supposed to have remote start. But does not work when we try and use it. I should of checked while at dealership but did not. We followed manual, changed battery In key fob and checked everything listed in manual that could be the cause and still does not work. Was advertised to have remote start. The add on there website also states it was supposed to come with premium all weather floor Mates but when asked they said they could not do it. Also on the drive home and over next couple of days the warning came up and said transmission coolant hot idle engine. We reported these issues and there was no offer to fix or look at. After having these issues I decided to look at in more detail and jacked car up. The front tires are wearing more on inside than outside which leads me to think alignment issue. The back driver sensor for the blind spot was not attached and just hanging by the electrical connection. They say they do an inspection but how could you and miss an important safety device not attached. The thing is only a little bit smaller than the size of an iPad mini. I know it was bought as is But you would not expect so many issue on the day you bought it or next day. I now have an appointment with local dealer to look at it. Some one I can trust.

From reception to contract signing I can no speak any higher of the staff. Briann made initial contact so see what they could do for us. Jarrett, the real star of the experience, was our sales manager and took care of all the financing options. Personable and real people work here. Down to earth and willing to work if with you. What it boils down to is they dealt with my whole family as this was a family event. Kara, the HR manager, came out with here cocker spaniel and spent time with our kids. Honestly worked out a deal with these guys and they backed out while I was an hour into my drive with a fair sized check in hand. Figured things out and then waited almost 6 hours just to sign paperwork. The cars are nice but service is definitely lacking.

My Fiancé and I purchased a 2018 Dodge Charger Scatpack from Cameron Wheatley at Indy Auto Man. Our experience was great from top to bottom! I’ve had the car now for 7 days and unfortunately I had a constant leak in the Drivers Front tire but I thought no big deal so I took the vehicle to Big O Tires for a “Flat Repair” and the inside of the rim was cracked. I spoke with Cameron to see if this was covered, but I unfortunately I didn’t purchase the the Tire and Wheel Package. Regardless, Cameron and his staff at Indy Auto Man reimbursed me for the repair from Big O Tires. This is Tier 1 Customer Service. Highly recommend this place. This Group stood by their word and helped me work out all issues to make sure I was happy in this new vehicle I had purchased from them. Cameron was a great salesman and very knowledgeable of the company’s offers and benefits of shopping with them. I was using the Edmonds app and saw a truck online that I was Interested in. Cameron had pulled the vehicle up and sent me a video showing me that I was taken seriously. I had to go see him. I typically stay away from dealerships because of all the horror stories you hear about getting “screwed over.” Although, I was nervous, dealing with Cameron really out me at ease. No B.S. and listens, effectively, to customers’ requests. I’d recommend anybody come and least check out their inventory, if shopping, and ask for Cameron. Great experience.

I live in Denver so buying a car online and 1,000 miles away can be a challenge. After arriving at the dealership we met Uriel, who was super friendly and had the car ready, but did mention the front tire needed repaired. So he let us look it over and the car was perfect! We left to go look at other cars, but as we drove away for just a bit we turned back and not only did he have the tire repaired, but had it out front and warm ready for a test drive and we were sold! Uriel is amazing and so nice to work with, he was funny and engaging which made this experience awesome!! Definitely ask for him if you are looking to purchase a car here!

I was looking for a new truck upgrade and was pre-approved in financing already. I found a 2016 Ram Power Wagon on Indy Auto Man website I was interested in. We live close to them and went over to look at it. The atmosphere was awesome as the sales people didn’t hound you, and let you look around the lot without following you around like a puppy dog. When we had questions and wanted to test drive the truck, we were assigned Jamie Walsh, who was knowledgeable and had an awesome upbeat attitude. When the decision was made to purchase, they were very fair on trade in value, easy to work with through finance and pretty quick to go through the processes. Just want to give a shout out to Jarret!!!! Was really having a tough time finding a car, and going to all the different used car lots is a hassle, I found this beauty online, requested an appt to test drive and check it out, I was told to speak with Matt when I came in, Matt was out for the day, so without hesitation the amazing Jarrett offered to assist me, he wasn't pushy like ALOT of sales people are, he made sure I got the payments I was comfortable with, including all the other extras I was hoping for. 😏 Everyone that was involved was helpful and kind, I can't remember his name but the gentleman that took care of all the signing and financial aspect, he was incredible as well. Jake Tom did a great job at communicating with us and very patient with us. He did say he’s new to the dealership so he was rusty at times but he did an excellent job at answering questions that we needed.

The only reason I'm giving this dealership two stars instead of one is because the car I purchased from them has treated me well. All other aspects of my experience with this dealership has been mediocre at best. They hassle you to give a positive review as you're walking out of the building, but I always wait until I get both keys, drive the car for a few days, and ensure I have no issues after purchase. Your review of a company is very important, and I most definitely take them seriously, and here is why. For starters, I purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Corvette from them that had approximately 68K miles on it at the time of purchase. After I bought the car, I noticed that there was a mileage discrepancy on the carfax, stating that the milage had went from 60K miles down to 46K miles during an oil change while the car was in their possession. I immediately contacted them regarding correcting the CarFax information in fear of losing value of the car. I contacted this dealership multiple times over the course of 3 months with nothing being done. Eventually, I had decided to correct it myself by reaching out to CarFax and having them correct my mileage. Secondly come time for registration, I learned from the check cashing place that I overpaid on taxes by approximately 700$ and some change. I reached out to the car dealership back in early February to clarify on the amount of taxes I paid. This by far has been the most inconvenient and strenuous process I've ever been through. I'd repeatedly call their dealership and attempt to get a hold of someone on their finance team to confirm the numbers, and I would be told that I'll receive a call back. No calls have ever been made towards me or the amount of money owed. I have had to call this place regarding updates, and tracking numbers every day for the past two weeks, albeit being tossed around from agent to agent promising to keep in contact and give me updates, only for them to not contact me at all and forcing me to contact THEM for THEIR financing mistake. It's absolutely insanity how much they do not care about their previous customers. Once they sell you the car, their customer service goes down the drain and the real hell starts. As we head into the middle of March, I STILL have yet to receive any of the money this company owes me. I'd avoid this dealership if possible. Horrible.

I would not use this dealership again. I’ve bought multiple times out of state with no issues and great customer support. I live about 6 hours away and when I got there I instantly noticed the truck I was purchasing was missing the two receiver hitch, even though it was listed as having tow package. Also, the gooseneck ball had been removed, which wasn’t mentioned. The Amp Research steps, LED light bar, and winch all didn’t work. If these things would have been disclosed up front I would have went with a different vehicle. I was going to tow my car back using the truck, but since the receiver hitch was missing I couldn’t do that, so they offered to ship my car to my house for free. After three days of no contact I was finally able to get a response after I threatened to call the local authorities. No compensation was offered to fix any of the electronic issues. Wish they would have been more up front and honest. Never using them again!

It was a 2019 Golf R and was so nice looking. Any info I asked he provided and anything he didn’t know he found out. We got helped today by Xander Krasutsky. He was nice and super helpful. He help us get the monthly payments around the price we wanted. The car here was a really good price compared to other dealership we went to a couple of them but here they definitely had worked on the used 2015 Hyundai Sonata put new tires, valve gasket, alignment, oil changed to just name a few. They weren’t willing to put the price down but it is understandable since it was already a really good priced car!

I bought a truck from here in January of last year and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in buying a new vehicle. Friendly staff, great prices and great selection. Was able to get into an awesome truck in no time. Recently had my transmission go out in my truck and was super worried with how I was gonna afford to fix it. Worked with Craig and he swooped in like Superman and got me taken care of. There was an issue with my warranty and Craig didn’t hesitate at all to get the job done and make sure to get me taken care of to get back on the road. If you are looking for a place to get a new vehicle this is the place! Will be doing business with them again!

Stephen was very helpful and stuck with us while we were looking for a truck. We found a truck locally, so didn't get one from them, but he still followed up with us continually until we found something. He was great to send us links to any vehicles we were interested in.

Due to a horrible experience with purchasing a vehicle here at Auto Man, I am going to visit what legal options I have to remedy this situation.
