Indiana Members Credit Union Madison Ave, Indianapolis

Was referred to this place by my husband and wished I would have NEVER done so. My husband had no issues obtaining his loan, applied online and went in to sign his paperwork NO ISSUES!! The lady Tracy at the Marion branch screwed my loan up so bad because she rushed everything due to closing time. We drove almost 2 hours to because she needed to see my car and never looked at it! I was suppose to get loss wage coverage in case I lose my job that didn’t happen. After losing my job I was suppose to go on monthly payments GUESS WHAT…?? That didn’t happen! I have not had one professional person to help me get my loan straight!! I was given a number to corporate and couldn’t not get anywhere! If I can give them a 0 I would!

I love banking with Indiana members credit union but this branch however I asked them to print some of my pay check images for tax reasons they charged me over $40! I talked to another branch they said they would have taken care of me for free. So now I'm out $40, I mean it's not like I can return them! I didn't even know how much it was going to cost till it was all said and done and they charged me for them. Update After posting this review they contacted me and corrected the issue. Thank you so much.

Awesome bank! I'm currently financing a car through this bank thanks to Moses at 2ezauto down the street and Betty at IMCU. she was so helpful and even offered me an opportunity to join the IMCU team one day! great experience and great rates. thinking about switching back to IMCU as my primary bank sometime soon.

Only one ATM, most of their other locations have several. The one ATM is frequently out of service.

Terrible! The old woman is the worst! She doesnt even know how to count money!

Great local bank, however a couple issues. Whenever I updated my address they never bothered to check my ID if I really am who I say I am., after I gave her my account number. She just changed it in the system and said she was done. At this point anyone that finds any information could go and change the address and they wouldn't even proof the identity of that person. Second issue. They are charging their members a fee to receive a paper statement but at the same time send massive amount of junk mail that probably uses more paper than any bank statement would ever use up. I mean I am getting this on an almost weekly basis and I could probably wall paper my place with it.

My wife and I had such a positive experience at the Greenwood IMCU while financing a car that we decided to move our accounts over from a traditional bank. The Brownsburg location is within a mile of our home so she stopped by to open a checking account. She had such a poor experience that we decided to hold off on giving IMCU our business. My wife felt like the team member assigned to assist her was unhelpful, disinterested and even had her cell phone out on the desk, receiving text messages during their interaction. Really a bummer after how great we were treated at the Greenwood branch.

Conveniently insulated by a auto attendant that keeps you on the phone for minutes before you can talk to a live person! Amazing .. Keeping it simple doesnt apply here!

Been banking there since 1985 and they seem pleasant and willing to help.

I wouldn't give any star if that's possible. The guy on member service sucks!!
