Always friendly and helpful, they understand customer service indeed. So many benefits to being an IMCU member, and I'm grateful for all those and their rock-star staff!

Using them for years, disappointed they don't want to help me get my COVID financial situation in order. They wouldn't finance my new car. That said they should have helped me get things in order. Recently changed the mobile app it's more difficult to use.

Have always gone through IMCU. I talked to someone months ago about getting a loan. I was approved. But had to jump through a couple hoops before they could help me. So, I did what was suggested. I've been calling and leaving voicemails for a couple months now and no one ever calls me back or reaches out. But every time I call the person who handles the loans is busy.

I recently opened a business account through Indiana Members Credit Union. Lori worked with me and explained each step. It’s scary and I’m stressful starting your own business but she was so helpful that I felt much better after working with her. I have banked with Indiana Members since 1985 her. I am very grateful and have banked with the credit I

Their loan review committee is useless. I tried to finance a vehicle and they put a value on it that was $7.5k less than the actual value before ever looking at the vehicle. Then they refused to ever look at the vehicle or deviate from their value. I acknowledge that the vehicle was unique but i was told that exceptions could be made in certain situations and i believe this would fit in that category if they would just look at the vehicle. Instead of speaking to me directly, i had to communicate through a 3rd person at the bank and the vehicle sold after a week went by of them refusing to look at the vehicle. The only offers included stealing equity from my home our my second vehicle. This was a spit in the face considering the 18 years I've been with credit union. I've had a handful of car loans and a home loan through them, all of which have always been in great standings. Nevermore.

People within this location are great. But I have seriously had nothing but problems. Hidden fees everywhere. To the point, I have no money for the next 2 weeks, for food or gas, because I had to pay a fee for withdrawing from MY savings account more than the allotted times. Who knew you'd have to pay a 15 dollar fee to withdraw your own money? And, they charge you for everytime you withdraw over your allotted amount of times. Such a scam as far as I'm concerned.

Great Financial Institution with many convenient branches all around the city, also can use any affiliated Credit Union ATM without a fee. Many options for on-line banking, yet the drive up and face to face transactions I have completed have always been timely and pleasant. Also gave me a great rate on a car loan! Love it!

I have used them for 10 years. This branch is great, the tellers are friendly, and take time to talk with my son. He's 5 and always like to sigh his own name!!

When I was working with Sean on opening a new account, he didn't disclose the fees until after the account was opened. Found this to be a deceitful move on he's part. Might close the account if I am billed any fees.
