This Saturday, I walked in to get some docs notarized and it was extremely evident that the lady was not interested in doing it and was giving me the run around and referring me to an outside service. This was something I got done multiple times at other chase branches and used this branch for the first time as I was closer to this branch. Her tone was condescending and clearly felt she was not interested in serving a person of color. This morning walked into another Chase branch and got work done in 15 mins.

Worst customer service. Can't ever get an answer on the phone (and the automated system just hangs up after it tells you they're unavailable). Staff inside is just as bad! Don't go here.

Set up a new account with Brad, I chose to set up an account with Chase because I needed a bank that was available across the US and they had a promotion going on if you set up a new account. I left work to get the account set up because it wouldn't let me do it online. I went in and explained that exactly and Brad never gave me the code or anything for the promotion. Now I'm on the phone with customer service and they can't fix it either. Brad just cost me a $225. Do not recommend going to this bank. I even called him to get it fixed and he said there was nothing he could do

I tried to reach the branch on Emerson Ave and South Port in Indianapolis and I got message referring me to the call center. Call that number and it doesnt work. Called my business private banker and it doesnt work. Call my personal private banker and just get a busy signal. Pandemic = No customer service for Chase bank. ( Not Good for them)

When I called to inquire about an account being open or closed, they transferred me to the 1-800 customer service line but made it seem like it was their in-house customer service. I called back two times and they must have caller ID because they did not pick up. I then called from a desk phone and they answered and provided more information, which should have been provided on the first call and I don't appreciate them screening their calls. Pick up your phone!

25 year member, never once a bounced check or a bad check , put 2 checks deposited on a 10 day hold $13897.98 for my bills and special needs child medication, gave me a 800 number to call, on hold 4 hours 37 minutes and I got a run around and told why am I calling if they gave me a 10 day hold , my son needs those meds daily and bills don’t stop , they cared 0%, get a hometown bank get a bank that cares and Drop chase they will always be there and don’t care , I got a 0 interest loan from my hometown bank till chase releases my monies . Lesson learned . Thank you big business corporate bank.

Was talking to an employee about interest rates. I told her she’s alright but I’m not interested and rated her a 5/10. She kicked me out while using lots of profanity even though she’s the real b***h

Had real good service and told us a lot of things that we did not even know if you had a question and they did not know it they would totally find out then tell you thank you is a real good place to do your banking with

Besides the rude Manager and other staff, this location ALWAYS has issues with the ATM machines at least 90% of the time I go there and need money. So then I get charged late fees / insufficient funds fees when their ATMs won’t let me deposit money and they are rude when you prove to them their ATMs are jacked up. Excuse is that they will get serviced which obviously never happens. Done going to this branch. See pictures I’m taking right now, attached and you will see what I get 90% of the time here.

Had a scheduled meeting with Teresa Finney on 07/31 1100 and have not received a email or call saying it was canceled. Very unprofessional to waste my time when I took time away from work to take this call.
