Terrible service. I had some minor fraud against my business debit card. They cancelled the card as would be expected. Multiple screw-ups on the part of staff resulted in a functioning replacement arriving three weeks later. This after threatening to close the account, which I ultimately did. I had been banking with them for over 15 years prior to the Texas transition. We pulled our personal account as well. Just another careless big corporate entity, unfortunately.

After hours line is a joke. Update: management called and apologized for the lack of knowledge base. I’ve got to hand it to them for trying to better their staff. Appreciated the call.

Checked on-line to see what time the drive-thru closed and it said 6pm but when I arrived at 5:11...the ladies were walking out saying the drive-thru closed at 5pm but the sign on the door says drive-thru is open until 5:30pm.

They charge a daily fee for overdrawn accounts, things happen sometimes. They charge this on top of the insufficient funds fee. I quit.
