Independent Financial S Taft Ave, Loveland

I have been regularly going to the Independent Bank branch at 1401 S Taft Ave in Loveland, Colorado for over two years. Each time I arrive I am always greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner, everyone remembers my name and genuinely seems like they care how I am doing and if I need anything. Whenever I have questions about my accounts the staff always gives me their full attention and promptly takes care of whatever I need. I highly recommend Independent Financial and have found this same level of high quality customer service at every branch in Loveland and Fort Collins. I love how I can call them during business hours and easily speak to someone and get the information I need.

I admittedly don't know much about this bank's service, but the employees at this bank found my lost dogs after they got out of our back yard, and that means everything to me. I also jog by it most days, and it's a lovely facility that's frequented by many people in the community, so I'm sure its services are great too. Thanks again for helping me get my dogs home safely!

I came in to cash my 3rd party check and never had a problem before today. The man told me a bunch of b.s. as to why he couldn't help me. As I was leaving he did also. I drove to the Longmont bank and they cashed my check no problem. This banks service SUCKS!

This location in particular has TERRIBLE service. I've enjoyed Guaranty as my bank, but the employees are awful. I'll drive to other locations even though this one is by my house.

Employees are rude and provide very slow and absolute minimal service. Sorry this what a good bank has become.

I never got the debit card they supposedly sent me two months ago before they became Independent Bank. I called them, and the woman I spoke with was pretty useless. I have to wait another 7-10 business days to get another card. I called another location today to see if they could tell me if there's tracking or something on the card. Unfortunately, not, but the person I spoke with was very nice and informed me that the employee that reordered the card could have set up expedited shipping. I would have gotten the card within a few days. Very frustrating. I'd avoid this location, the other ones in Loveland are way nicer. Currently seeking out a new bank. Independent Bank just doesn't seem promising.

Our bank was bought out by independent. I am usually one to give things a chance. Well for the last month and half, I have had to call customer service every time I get paid and ask where is my paycheck. I called on Monday and was told it would be in there by Tuesday. Tomorrow will be Friday and it will be an entire week after my paycheck and still nothing! My husband and I live paycheck to paycheck. I am very frustrated at this point and when I get home I will be ending my services with you guys when I return home. I shouldn’t have to call and ask every time I get paid. This is unacceptable.

This bank stole 60 dollars from my checking account and charged me almost 300 dollars in fees for having a negative balance. It was a mistake to trust them with my money.

Do not do business with this company, they bought out a bank and cancelled contracts at their wilp and demand the account be satisfied, who does business this way?

From top to bottom this branch is amazing would recommend to anyone, from the moment you walk in they are happy to assist me with any needs I had 👍🏻
