In a hurry, I ran inside the lobby (construction trailer w/carpet) and asked the teller to make change ($20 bills) for two(2) $100 bills. When discovering that I was NOT an account holder, I was informed that they would not be able to accept my legal tender in exchange for smaller denomination bills! In a service-oriented business, who sits around dreaming up ways to refuse basic customer service?

If I could give no stars I would. Crooks. Horrible people. Ain’t never seen such awful service. Ain’t never seen such uncaring horrible awful people. Don’t go to them unless you wanna lose everything over one payment.

I move to this bank from the Texoma teachers credit union a few years ago and I will be banking here from now . They are super nice and courteous...pleasant to deal with.

Where can I got a my check deposit at the atm

Went to close 2 accounts and open a new account like ive done before. Never been charged but yet this time im being told its $100 to open a new account just like old account with over draft protection?? Mind you i was supposed to have over draft protection on my old account and some how i was still being charged for over draft. So i said nevermind just close out my accounts. Well when closing my accounts a little money was taken. Ive had several issues with this bank taking money from my account or allowing it to go in the negative for no reason or when not supposed to. So watch your accounts and your money.

Bob Taylor and his staff are AMAZING. I'll never bank anywhere else. All other banks should take notes on how Bob runs his bank and then try to duplicate him.
