Friendly and nice clean organized store. BPS Outfitters has the best selection of guns, rifles, accessories, and ammo that I have seen in the last 15 years of all the gun stores I've been to. They stayed and helped even though they were closing, didn't feel rushed. Got what I needed and will be back to browse some more. So much eye candy and they are great at letting me hold and drool!!!

I've had two scopes mounted here. The first time my vortex lens cleaning cloth magically disappeared out of the box. The second scope's reticle was not squared. Imagine getting setup at the range and noticing this basic setup mistake. Very frustrating. That being...vented. Every other aspect of the store is excellent.

Best shop in the Texoma region, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Well worth a trip to come in and get what you need.

I drove 40 minutes to visit BPS and I was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly am knowledgeable. While not the best prices, they are very good prices on guns with very good stock of everything. They even have blue label Glocks. Their ammo prices are actually one of the best and fairest with the widest selection and no limits. I definitely recommend checking them out.

These guys are on point in helping me pick out my first firearm. They had exactly what I was looking for in a variety of options. Gentlemen behind the counter were very professional and helpful when it came to all questions I had. Wait time was very reasonable, maybe took 20mins for all paperwork and processing. I will definitely be back when I pick out my next Firearm.

I recently made a purchase here, Austin helped me, and was super helpful and nice. He was informative, didn’t act annoyed or put out with my questions, (and I had several) and offered further assistance in the future. The process wasn’t crazy long, and the paperwork was easy. I drove up from Dallas—- what I wanted was $100+ more everywhere down here, so it was worth the drive. I will refer other friends down here to this location, because it was easier/more comfortable than any experience I had in Dallas. Thanks you guys for being so helpful. 🙏🏼🤎

I've worked in Sherman for 20 years. This is the best gun store in the Sher/Den area. Huge inventory of firearms priced competitively, especially AR types. Big selection of ammo at fair prices also. Knowledgable sales staff that is not pushy. They also frequently have hard to find guns in stock when others don't. If they don't have it they will order it. I think they may even price match. I highly recommend Best Pawn Superstore.

The guys at BPS know how to take care of their customers. Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Particularly dealing with Will, Kyle and Alex has made my experience with this store absolutely incredible. This is the way everybody should do business. Thanks again guys! P.S. BPS is my go to gun, ammo and accessory store. They are well worth the trip of over 60 miles one way in order to find what I need or want at a good price. Their staff is excellent and always willing to help, educate and provide information and alternatives. Always follow them on social media for up to date stock, sales and education. They also will buy, sell or trade just about anything to earn your business. I always refer family and friends. Keep up the excellent customer services you provide to everyone.

I’ve purchased 3 firearms from them and each time the staff has been very helpful with information and making sure I know what I’m getting. A couple of staff members came off a little cold like three didn’t want to be there but when we got to talking they provided great service. Will continue to be my first choice when I look to purchase a new gun.

**Check Updates** not friendly, like at all... I've had better treatment from guys at the big box stores honestly, and I've been to Best Pawn multiple times. If you're looking at guns, and want some service, maybe some friendly input on a potential purchase, go somewhere else. Update: I gave them another try because of limited ammo choices in my area. I observed a stark dichotomy between the helpfulness and overall attitude of employees. The younger staff offer helpful, friendly service while the older employees seem disengaged, almost aloof. Keep in mind I REALLY want to like this place because they offer such a large selection, but shopping here has been a mixed bag. I’m amending my post mainly because of one younger gentleman that was helpful and professional. He was ready to answer my questions, which were hastily shrugged off by another employee. These were valid questions, mind you, about a $400 price difference between two identical guns. Update: I had another extremely helpful employee that answered all my questions and gave us the time of day even though the store was packed on a Saturday. I’ll be doing more business here as they seem to be improving their customer service.

Just attended the LTC class this past weekend with Austin. Very informative and helpful. Austin answered all our questions and was extremely patient with us. I have also purchased a couple firearms from here, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are also very competitive.

Lost my business for good with the rude cashier. Used to be great when this was a smaller outfit.

Horrible experience and customer service! I was extremely judged being a female buying a gun! Kept pushing and asking if I was buying it for someone else! So very disrespectful ! I have a lot of experience with guns, many personal guns and my carry license (veteran family). Everyone I talked to was extremely rude! Except the guard he was hanging out with my daughter while I was asking questions. Will not be back and do not recommend them!
