I want to preface that I have never worked with Krystal before working with her on the transaction that I was the closing agent. I cannot express how impressed I was with Krystal’s professionalism, responsiveness at all hours of the day and night, her willingness to go above and beyond and I mean above and beyond to get this closed by today. I have been in this business for over 26 years and what she showed in her passion and drive to the buyer into her new home before a long holiday weekend was just amazing. I have not seen this type of dedication in a very long time. I will not bore you with the details of the HOA Estoppel that we could not get from the management company.
