This is a pretty terrible bank. My first home mortgage agent stopped working there, instead of going off my original paperwork they had me resubmit all new updated information. Makes me think they just lost the paperwork. Then I never received my debit card for a good 4 months when I became a member. I told them I wanted an extra $20 bucks added onto my principle for my house and they went six months and noticed they were adding the extra $20 into the savings and not the principle for my house. When I went to get the money my pin number was changed without my knowledge, which I was going to use to buy an AC unit for my house. I only use them for my home mortgage, this bank is more about what can I do to inconvenience you than what it is let me help you out. Can't even increase the amount they charge for mortgage escrow. Surprised that Toledo Edison can charge my account for as much as they want and a bank can't even do that. Once I sell my house I won't even look twice at this bank.

Other than the lack of management and the support of gossip this bank is still not a bank i would trust my money with .....its not like they treat their employees with respect or anything that would make it kind of manageable. But no suits of the business rather con their subordinates thinking they would be successfully compensated for their hard earned money, but unfortunately they are very stiff necked and only look out for themselves.

Impact credit union is an amazing establishment. They care greatly for their employees and members! Highly recommend!

Worst bank we've ever been too, fees upon fees that they sneak in, not helpful, atm is a peice of junk. Will probably end up finding a new bank.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone or call you back

Terrible bank, they try all they can to get every dime out of you. Take money out of your account without your consent, constantly hold funds and then releases them closely together in hopes you overdraft so they can collect their $32.00 fee. The positive reviews are mainly from employees who were probably told to come on here and make positive reviews. I mean come on they are all the generic review all posted around the same time.

This is the worst Credit Union I have ever been too. They are super rude, lazy, and they don't care about their members unless you are a regular. Big thumbs down from me. 1 star

Impact is a great credit union that treats its members wonderfully! I definitely recommend them!

Terrible service since the man of the building left. The tellers are to busy talking about each other to wait on customers. They need better management
