Ron the mortgage officer went on vacation while we were supposed to have a closing on a house. He took too long getting the paperwork done and failed to get it done before he went on vacation. This caused us to lose the house. We will never use the Fremont Federal Credit Union again because of Ron.

I just walked into the bank a guy wrote me a bad check that was drawn on them lady come back from the back and basically told me that I need to leave she was not going to help us I was filing a complaint with the police department the police department had asked me to come down and get the check stamped and sufficient finsufficient funds and the lady basically ran me out of the bank and I would not suggest anybody do any banking with these people if they're going to be this rude

Words can't explain how above and beyond Bianca has went out of her way for me, she is a very kind person and treats everyone with dignity and respect and sees the good in people. She is the reason I am back as a member of this credit union and I can't thank her enough.

I have a mortgage with Fremont FCU and the experience was, and has been, great. They have the best employees!

Terrible customer service, seems every employee was given different sets of rules to follow.

I really do feel like taking all of my money out and closing my account this Monday! This is ridiculous! Whenever I talk to someone here, they always give me an attitude or screw up on something. Almost all of the credit unions in the united states have a "Non Branch-ATM policy" that states that the credit union pays you back ATM fees at the end of the month with cash back on online purchases. Another thing is that I hate how I have to wait 2 months to get a debt card! Is everyone getting paid minimum wage here and does not know how to do there job here?

F.F.C.U. offers all the same services as the big national banks from mortgage loans to lines of credit. The difference being when you walk in you feel like you are talking to your friends and neighbors. I have been a member for 48 yrs and words can't explain how above and beyond they will go for their members. As a member of this credit union I can't thank them enough for the financial advice they have shared with me over the years..Kudos to Tony Camilleri and his employees!

I'm rating this credit union 5 stars because they hired a 5 star employee. That 5 star employee may or may not be me.

There ATM don't work right half of the time
