My loan officer at iLoan was Joe Johnson, and he was tremendously helpful throughout the home buying process. Joe was friendly, professional, always clear, and made himself available any time I had a question. On more than one occasion, he took the time to not only explain how a particular part of the mortgage process worked but also to explain why it worked that way. He helped save me money and made a stressful process nearly stress free (I don't think buying can be entirely without stress...). I would recommend working with Joe to anyone looking to buy a home in the Twin Cities area! He really will make it easier.
