I waited in line for 20 minutes with still a lot of people behind me when someone in front of me needed some license plates. Simple right? After the representative spent a long time on the phone with the manager because they had no idea what they were doing, they told us that it will take a long time and that we can leave or come back tomorrow while it was still an hour before closing... Ridiculous and just tells you how much they value customers....Also the location manager is clearly cheap since they keep just one person to service everyone.

When I enter the store I felt like a utter complete inconvenience. No one else was in there and I felt like I was bothering the cashier the entire time with the attitude I was given for no reason.

After reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous about going to this Currency Exchange, but I actually had a great experience at this location. The gentleman that helped me took the time to explain the new license plate program to me and he was extremely nice, not only to me but to the other customers he helped in line before me.

The clerk was very rude and I guarantee they will never get another cent from me or anyone who asks me about the place. This was the only available place to pay Comed and Commonwealth Eddison will hearabout my experience.

Slowest currency exchange ever. Every time I go here there's only 1 lady working the counter and a line of 5 to 6 people waiting. Usually the wait is up to 20 minutes. There should be at least 2 people manning the counters if there's 3 available windows. Go to PLS check cashers on 95th St. in Evergreen Park, Illinois if you're looking for only a money order.

This place is the Best currency in the area. The people are courteous and it's the Only place I'll go for titles, plates, and stickers

Online hours state open 24 hours, but sign on door states 8:30 AM -- 8:00 PM. I arrived at 9:00 AM and business is still not open. If you own a business I would suggest abiding by your published store hours to ensure customers can frequent your business. Also, your online hours should reflect your actual store hours...very frustrating

Wonderful it's all I have to say. I love this currency exchange great customer service they are very knowledgeable. I don't care who I deal with at the counter they all wonderful. I been coming here for 10years now.

The people there are helpful and friendly...it is also open a half hour earlier than all the rest, that is more convenient for me.
