Lele is the best to ever do it she’s the manager and works there on Wednesday and not going to lie made everything so easy and simple and the best part saved me sooo much time.

I needed many sheets faxed to the Government The cashier did everything possible to make my fax experience correct and complete. She was polite and Professional Great attitude. This was my first time at this place. I do not understand all the negative reviews . Maybe the problem is the customer not the cashier If you are impolite you will probably get a bad attitude back

I sold my car to somebody and they gave him nothing but h*ll when it came to how I signed my title. They charged him for affidavit that was unnecessary and the lady behind the counter signed extra letters to my husband's name in a different colored pen. Yet she disapproved of my signature and not his. I felt sorry for the guy who bought my car because he had to come back to me and asked me to jump through hoops. I am glad that he didn't back out on the car.

Extremely poor and nasty! This one big girl is very unprofessional and cannot be working with this bad attitude and behavior. How come questioning the international fees is a suspicious behavior!!! This is currency exchange place.. what type of question you’re expecting to be asked. So rude

The lady behind the counter her name was anjelica(colorful hair). She doesn't know anything how to do work so I would like to give her negative 1 star. Just wasting time thanks

Second time here worse service

The workers here must have a really miserable life because they always have an attitude with the customers. All the time there isnt one day where they can be polite or actually do their work and help you. White lady on the bigger side short hair had the worst attitude. You should all be happy people come to give you something to do instead of sitting on your flat behinds all dam day! And be more lazy then what you already are.

I went to ask about getting the plates on my car switched and she gave me the nastiest attitude I have ever seen. She looked so miserable & when I asked her how much it was she was so rude about it. Fix your tone of voice or don’t work at all.

Don't go to this old Mexican lady with the glasses she has aftup attitude she does not know how to handle anything and she does not know how to talk to a customer...

This has to be the worst currency exchange in the area!!! I live around the corner and every time I walk in here the limit for quarters is different. The chick behind the counter had the worst attitude and it smells like cigarettes in there.

They say their open til 5 , I go to cash my check and I'm told at 4:54 that their machines are down. I've worked in customer service for 10 years plus and this by far was the worst and very upsetting. The Manager a female, was very rude and not customer friendly. WHEN YOU GUYS SAY YOUR GONNA STAY OPEN TIL 5 YOU DAMN STAY OPEN. the machines are down , it's not even 5 yet why is everything shut-down. They should go by the right time.

It was very funny story. I came to correct my car title. The new title corrected but the wrong name. Came back and asked them to fixed it. They said no, they can’t do it that i have to paid more to get it done right. What ??? Yeah ! They want your money for their dam false. Very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful person ( the short curly hairs girl). I went to the different location which 5 mins away on 79th st, they can fix it.... wow....they took copies of my paperwork and said the manager will work on it that makes more sense to me. Hope it will be done soon.

My friend was there to cash his check and the lady asked for his ID and he gave it to her, & she said she had to call his job & verify, which he worked up the street, & she pretended to call and then told him to come back the next day and he told her "if I was Caucasian it wouldn't be a problem" and she gonna say " oh you going to play the race card" so we left and went to another currency exchange where he normally goes and they cashed his check with no problem! It's really sad how racism still exist in this world and that clerk needs to be reported to the manager/ or supervisor, and to the BBB.

When my sister wanted to cash in her check the lady gave her attitude and told her no and they have lazy employees and all the employees are rude

Every single time you try and cash a check for substantial amount they make you feel like a criminal and then tell you come back that no supervisor is available to okay the check and it's the so called Manager of here telling this so what is she a manager for? Moving on from this dump

Worst customer service ever! This currency should not be in business one of the worst cashier named “Diane” very rude very unprofessional VERY IGNORANT. SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THIS PLACE IF SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THE ELDERLY!!! Together with her co employee, American young hefty girl. Worst place ever! DO NOT GO!! This currency has not changed there customer service and management does not do anything about it and the employees refuse to give information about the owner so we can report them.
