I had a great experience working with Chris Nicholson at IFC! He contacted me to let me know that the VA rates were dropping. I had refinanced with him in 2017 to move my 2 ARMs to a fixed VA, which saved me at the time. He told me that it would be a good time to refi because the rates had dropped below 4%. After he ran my credit I had tons of brokers calling me and one promised that she could get me to 3%. I let Chris know and he went the extra mile to match the rate for me, when basically everyone else said it couldn’t be done.
