It's not uncommon that people give "Pawn shops" a bad rep for being crooks and what not. Ideal Jewelry and loan is definitely NOT one of those places. While I was going through a tough time, experiencing financial instability and struggling to find a solution to the expensive responsibility of providing for my four children, I found a little scrap jewelry (and I do mean scrap)! I was on Google and decided to message Ideal. Phil responded immediately and even after explaining that what I had was miniscule, he said that it would be worth the (long) walk to the store. He was right! I believe he was incredibly generous in what he gave me because I was certain it was worthless. From the minute I sent the Google chat message, to the minute I was walking out of the store, Phil was nothing short of compassionate and kind. That's rare nowadays! The merchandise they had displayed for sale was all great quality with nice variety and reasonable in price. If you are buying, or selling, Ideal is where you should go! Thank you Phil and staff! 👍👍
