My house came out GORGEOUS!!! Thank you to Donald and his team for all of their hard work. Everyone on his team was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and they showed up on time everyday. They updated my electrical, heating, roof, and kitchen. My roof has a great warranty and I loved my kitchen cabinets. The cabinets were exactly what I was looking for. Modern, soft close doors/drawers and sturdy. Had a great experience with this company and would refer them to anyone!!! You will be in great hands if you use them.

Donald showed up early and was very honest and knowledgeable. Would definitely use him in the future should the need arise.

Donald and Caroline were great in accommodating all of our needs and changes throughout the renovation of our parents' condo. They always kept open lines of communication, and made sure that we knew how any changes affected the total price of the project. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

Beantown Builders did a 203K rehab loan project. They help located a home and fixed it up the way I wanted it. I had new electrical, heating, floors, kitchens, bathrooms and other things done. It looks 100 times better than what I expected it to be. Beantown Builders was always there working and answered all of my questions and needs. Next time I have another project I would definitely hire them again.

If you're looking for someone courteous, competent in their craft, and delivers on time, then Donald is not the one. We hired Donald for a 203k bid despite charging ~ 50% more than local contractors because he reassured us that he was familiar with the 203k requirements and that he would have the bid completed within 48 hours. Not only did he miss the 48-hour window, but his bid was rejected 3 times by our lender because it did not meet the requirements. When he was contacted for updates and to expedite the resubmission of the bids, his responses were curt and condescending. We expected more from Donald and were left very disappointed.

Beantown Builders was a very professional with us. We completed a 203k gut rehab with them, and it was a good experience. The work was completed on time, and the project turned out great! The PM assigned to my job was awesome, and the owner took a vested interest in it as well, helping me through the design and lending process. Would highly recommend!!

I called Beantown Builders about a kitchen renovation I wanted done. They came out the very next day and gave me a free consultation and estimate. Some competitors never even returned my call! Redoing your kitchen is a big undertaking, and out of all of the companies who came to our home, we were most comfortable with Beantown Builders. They were extremely professional, very responsive, and followed through with everything promised. The best part is they offer financing and made it extremely affordable for me within my budget. I absolutely love my new kitchen, it's such a joy to cook in it and entertain our guests. I don't hesitate to refer my friends and family to Beantown Builders when they need something done to their home, whether it be a renovation, siding, windows, or roof, they are my go to company!

Pulled me out of a hole and gave us a finished project of our dreams, literally, had a rehab loan, bad experience with the first Contractor, gave them a call, within a couple of weeks the house was nearly finished, they even took in consideration my personal problems, they handled patiently and professionally all the problems I had previously with the other contractor and the bank!
