IBC Bank S Yale Ave, Tulsa

I don’t recommend this location. Very slow and luck of training. I been here to open a checking account, at first they messed up my social security number, second they don’t have a card available, the 3rd time I came to get a card they let me wait over 15-20mns.

If I could give less than one star I would. “We Do More” is a fictional mission statement for this institution. They withheld funds from a disabled person who needed to take care of bills. I will be taking my trust fund to another institution immediately. I hope and pray no one else goes through the headache and frustration that I have.

I love this bank. Tee at the 21st Street bank and Kelly at the downtown bank worked very hard to make sure I got my social security check. My account was in overdraft for over a month and my account was closed but Tee and Kelly took very good care of me. They made sure I received my check promptly. Tee and Kelly are very professional and loyal, I love them both. Thank you IBC, you have incredible employees.

I have 2 accounts here, business and personal. The worst customer service! Consistently painfully slow, almost always 2 people processing your banking transaction--cause for confusion and added delay in processing I was second in line and waited 15 minutes to withdraw $60. So infuriating and this branch is the worst!!!! Unfortunately on my way to work and really the only bank on my way. But I will be leaving soon--can't take it anymore. Do your banking anywhere but here!! Clueless employees--lots of fake 'nice' beware!!

Omg you are bank I just need change why is it always a big deal to get change from a bank just do your job. And the attitude of the ladies working on Saturday is horrible. Maybe time for a change in banks. If I could give you 0 I would.

I don't bank here and after today I definitely wouldn't. I guess I have a bratty moment, but I tried to cash my tribal checks for my kids(which I had done 3x before because the checks are from this bank and for larger amounts I might add) but today they asked for their birth certificates and CDIB cards because "there's no way to prove you're their mother". I could've slapped the teller. Like I'm going to go thru all this trouble for $50!

Worst customer service, took 7 minutes for someone to acknowledge and get service. Probably less gossip more work

Glad this location is open on saturdays, but waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru to make a deposit is unacceptable.

Using Covid as an excuse to cut hours and service. I originally chose this bank because they had hours seven days a week - now they're only open 9-5 Monday through Friday. How is a person with a job supposed to get there to make a deposit?

Great place to do all my banking needs. The staff is very polite and extremely helpful. To many people are in a hurry or sick and giving bad reviews. Get real people...if your sick stay home and keep your mouth shut. This is a great bank!!!
