I had a very good experience with the staff. Willing to work with you. Tamekia and Cameron both stayed over to get mu paper work done. Real nice people. The only problem that I had was the brakes on the suv that I bought was bad. I had to replace them myself. Other then that I had a good experience with them.

Customer Service is ok when getting a car. It's the after sign service you should be worrying about. Never answer the phones then they text you then respond but no is no respond back. Just horrible wish I would've went somewhere else. Car shut off stop working the first week wouldn't even give me a rental until I started asking for my money so I can get me a reliable car. Had my car several weeks never called about updates or anything. Tell you come back this and that day you get there it's not here come back this day when needed to was pick up the phone say it won't be ready today. They only gave 50 miles a day driving there and back home Everytime is 45 miles round-trip not include work and dropping kids off. I get behind on payment then try to pay on it. You can't it gotta be paid in full if not you have to turn the car back in. They still falling apart. I had it three months. Plus I'm paying over $9000. It's definitely not worth the headache go somewhere else. I'm just gone have to hurry pay this off I don't like this at all.

I had bad experience with i finance. Car stop on me the same day. They got it towed to the shop. Got it back and it stop again. So i act Becky for my money back and she refused saying the finance company might not do it. When the whole time she nwver tried to contact them to see. So they put it back in the shop. Becky was supposed to put in another suv but turn around and sold it 😠😠.Just got it back and it still drive like it wants to quit. Im so over it. Would not recommend no one to come here. I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE.

This dealership is very unprofessional. You can never reach anyone on the phone and when you do, they are very rude. All except for Becky and the gentleman. Not sure what his name is. Trying to get your balance is like pulling teeth. One person quotes you one thing. Another one quotes you something different. I’ve never received my payoff balance in writing except when I decided to trade my truck in. Even then, the balance isn’t what I was told. I am so glad to be free of this company!

Go see Daniel he’s an excellent salesman!!! Very patient, lenient and willing to negotiate things to the best of your terms. I came in discouraged and a set budget in mind. I actually pulled off in the car of my CHOICE and a DECENT monthly payment!!!!

I have had a horrible experience with these people since i got this car. On the day that i purchased my vehicle I made it home only to find that the key my car did not work to the doors only to the ignition. So yes i had to break into my car the 1st day i brought it home. And did anyone do anything about this even tho we are paying for very overly priced cars. The last thing u should have to worry about when paying for a car new or used is the key working. That isnt even something that u even think to check. So to make it worse when i told Becky about the situation i was told to purchase a key fob from Autozone. Which was totally the wrong information since this was a Chrysler I would have to pay 250 plus tax to have the key programmed. So when I relied this information over to iFinance i was told that there was nothing they could do. Really?????? On top that i have also had to get a front end alignment and the traction fixed and my heat only works on one side of my car but not complaining about that....These things are expected out of a used car. But to seal the deal on everything, I called today because my employer messed up my check doing my rollover. And she told me i could not make a payment arrangement for the next week. LMAO!!!!! Really i have to be in fear of my car being repossessed over 7 days. I rather give them there piece of s*** car back . And go to a more reputable company and pay the same amount for a better quality car and much better service. I looked over all the horrible reviews they have on google and Ive been sorry every since. This is a horrible company. Update....This company actually did come to reposess my car after being 10 days late. I had a few problems going on at the time n I had proof of those problems and they agreed to let me get my car without paying anything...woo hoo yay Becky right???.... Wrong!! Their repo man doesnt care how he handles the cars at all. The car already had problems when i purchased it but wasnt even drivable after they reposessed it...i drove off the lot n couldnt drive over 30 mph. Took it back immediately n told them thanks for all their help but they messed up my car#!. They said that they would fix it n made n appointment for me to drop the car off at their mechanic. A few weeks passed n i kept calling n no one had answers to what was going on with my car nor did they have answers for anything...so i eventually gave up and went somewhere else to get a car but to cut the cake someone from their financial office called me today...10 months later n asks me about 7000 dollars still owed on the car that was reposessed...I replied..u mean the car that yall were supposed to fix n never did. It wasnt repossesed I dropped this car off at your shop n never saw it again. She had nothing to say about this only the 7000!!! Really! After your company caused damage to my car n never gave me so much as a call back or explanation you want to call n ask about 7000 dollars and threatening to take me to court. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!!!!

BEWARE OF THE FAKE REVIEWS. Just please don’t go here. Pleeeeease if I could give zero stars I would. Please save your money and time. Just really makes your life miserable and forces you to drive outdated tags. Car went out after 3 days please look the other way and go elsewhere this is getting ridiculous. It’s sad how they will get over on people and not care about their well being or livelihood when selling these lemons. Everything that looks good on the outside isn’t always good on the inside. Still haven’t had the car after nearly a month after purchase. It’s really upsetting

this car lot is the best i have ever been. That's coming from someone who has had 16 cars in the last 2 years. they actually put me in something i could afford. every time i feel like something is going wrong with my car they are always a call a way and always there to help. if you need a car lot that will put you in a GREAT CAR come to i finance and talk to Becky or Cameron there both beautiful and amazing ladies.

Buying a car from I Finance has been the best experience ever. I've bought a few cars in my lifetime, and no salesman was as professional as the lady they have running this place. Becky was able to finance me in minutes, and gave me a broad range of selections of cars and monthly payments. I drove away in a G6 with a extremely minimal down payment of $500, despite my credit not being at its best. I've sent several friends of mine to Becky, and they were nothing short of pleased. She is very professional and courteous. It is in my opinion, that everyone dragging her name through the mud on these reviews, more than likely did not meet the financial requirements of buying a car. Please do not blame this young lady if you are unable to be financed! She has helped many of my friends, and not one of them had anything less than wonderful things to say about her. I STRONGLY recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable down payment, and reasonable monthly payments.

Great customer service but I was told one down payment once I returned the following day the price had gone up! No fret I went forward and got the vehicle. Within a week I have to purchase brakes and rotors!!!! Gas hand was on when purchase I assumed it was low nope light does not work. So I have to fix that. Otherwise it's been fine.

Worst mistake ever dealing with this non communication company..I dealt with them over a year and they towed my car without notifying me of the situation til after the fact. A payment from October was reversed making my account 35 days behind, it's almost December and they continued to take payments n November.. I'm overly upset because I just put new tires and rims on the vehicle. And when I first got the car it wasn't n da shape it's in now not to mention the cigar lighters doesn't work, the air conditioning didn't work, busted tail lights, carpets weren't up to part. I put a lot of time and money to get the vehicle how it is now...The car was finance so n all I was paying almost $13,000 for a 09 Chevy Impala. In all I had paid 7000 already with a year left to pay for it. Now if I as a customer had been that loyal why wasn't I contacted til after my car was towed. Leaving me with almost a $400 towing fee and $600 worth of car payments. It's the holidays and they only concerned about self.. Everything happens for a reason and every thing that sounds good really not. And f you are dealing with them better personally take ur payments n person...

Please go spend your hard earned money somewhere other than here. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately we do have a car from them and to end our lease we have to 795. they will swindle you out of every penny they can! We have bought 2 cars from them. The first one was a Yukon. After a few weeks the check engine light was on and had no brakes, Becky had it set up for us to take the Yukon to "their shop" After the shop had it for a few weeks it was told to us that the SUV was not fixable.... So we got an Accord from them... That car has electrical problems. I have to plug in a battery charger to it every night or it will not crank the next morning. Have tried for MONTHS to get this fixed and Becky keeps saying that she is trying to get something worked out with their shop and never does. It took my husband calling the owner to try to get something worked out. The owner had no idea that we are having issues with the car and have been talking to Becky to try to fix this. Becky has a horrible attitude and refuses to listen to the customer!! Yesterday while we were there at the lot trying to get something worked out she was posting pictures of a HOUSE ON FACEBOOK she kept telling us she was waiting to hear back from the owner....... she never called him yesterday for us!

I just bought a 2012 Malibu on march 15th and a week or so after I was driving and the car shutoff on me due to motor went out. They gave me the run around for days and now they telling me I can't get my car unless I pay a car note. I'm taking them to court for selling me a lemon and not giving me a refund. They about to be exposed bad my lawyer said I have a good chance of winning the case especially cause I lost my job in the mix of this situation. Please don't go there to get a car. Becky are very Rude.

The ladies in the office are exceptionally nice and I must admit that Kara is top on my list. She is very caring, she listens and she always offers a kind word when dealing with me. I have experienced hardship during my time here with IFinance and Kara has always offered me options and have extended a little time to me to make my payments. because of this kindness I am always honest & upfront with her. Traded in a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder & drove off the lot in a 2014 Chevy Equinox!!!!! Mr. Daniel was very helpful and patient with me as I test drove several different vehicles!!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a car!!!

BULLL. STOP with the stars. Bc u get a car doesn't make the place nice. This place got my son car. Btw didn't fix it the 1st time but wanted to charge for the tow. Had to tow again bc when my son picked it up it was not fixed . Took a pic of the alternator it was never changed. Called the secretary she called back at 3pm and said waiting to get a price for alternator. Its 5pm I guess they still looking. Wow. My son bought this car April 24. Drove it 2 days and have had to find rides since. I implore everyone RUN AWAY....THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR U. It sounds good but when it comes to fixing...oh wait they still fixing an alternator its day 3....after a 2nd tow. SMH rating -5. Pls read BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU this business is on it.
