Amazing car buying experience! I was skeptical during this time of car shortages. I started with the website and answering chat questions. Next I received a text from Jessica Herrera in sales, she was so informative and answered every question and sent me pictures of my car of interest. Scheduled a test drive with Jessica and this became the quickest car buying experience I have ever seen! The dealership gives the best deal from the get go. Lowest cost dealership from Hyundai!! Amazing customer service and great deals!. Lawrence is amazing, he kindly showed us the vehicle we were interested in and took his time to show us the details of the car, let us test drive a couple of them, and get us a great deal in the car that we liked. Hyundai Inland Empire definitely made a great impression on me over the years I've purchased several cars I truly don't like the pressure car sale associate put on a buyer when they are shopping for cars. I can honestly say their entire staffs were friendly, honest and genuinely care and want to earn your business so they answer all your questions and make you feel at ease without the pressure and let you make the decision to make the purchase. We first went down to Hyundai in Hemet we had an appointment and when we get down there they tell us they don’t have any cars for us to look at. So we drove out to Redlands and immediately were greeted with kindness and courtesy and professionalism. Howard was our salesman Jackie was our finance manager and Reza was the office manager who was very helpful all three were made to experience enjoyable and we all know Bonnie new car usually is not enjoyable. The first time I dealt with these people was for a Recall on a 2017 Santa Fe Sport, to install a computer program to help prevent bearing damage. When I arrived to sign in the Service person took my name them presented me with over $300 in recommended service for a car that not had been seen by a technician. I of course declined and quite frankly had my oil changes etc. done elsewhere. I recently received a notice of another recall, on the Anti Lock Brake system. I decided reluctantly to call these people again. I called on June 21 and a 'Service Concierge' told me the earliest the could do the recall service was July 11. Looking at my calendar I told her that I was coming to Redlands for doctors appointments and could not wait for the car that day. I asked if they had a shuttle service which she said they no longer did BUT she was certain that they would provide me with a loaner. She went on to tell me that I would hear from the Service Manager who would work this out. I did receive text reminders about the appointment but no call. So I called again last week and spoke with a man in Service who told me that he would remind the Service Manager to call me. That didn't happen. But since I had to be in Redlands for my other appointments I showed up this morning and....wait for it....was told that they knew nothing about a loaner and in fact didn't have any. I wouldn't recommend this Dealer to anyone and if ever my car happened to break down in front of their shop I would call AAA for a tow to another dealer.

Just leased my 4th Santa Fe from IE Hyundai. Lawrence was amazing as usual, did the whole deal via text and online application so when I arrived it took under 2 hrs to sign docs and get keys (unheard of!!) I've been working with these guys since 2014 and have never been disappointed. Thanks Lawrence and team! You are my Hyundai guys for life!

It was a bit of a drive but i was really happy we came here to purchase our car. Dwight our sales person was so kind and upfront. He didn’t try any gimmicks or annoying upsells. Jessica Herrera made purchasing my Hyundai Tucson SEL Hybrid a very respectful, comfortable and even enjoyable experience. This is the tenth car I’ve ever purchased in life, with 1987 Hyundai Excel being my first new car purchase. Since then I’ve owned several makes and models of various automakers including, Mercedes and Acura. I felt my needs of what I wanted in a car purchase were acknowledged. Jessica went above and beyond to seek out the exact car I wanted as well as a very good back up alternative when the car I wanted had been previously sold. However the previous buyers couldn’t get available financing so I bought the car. It is the exact model, color and features I sought for at 4 other Hyundai dealerships at more than $6000 markup! IE Hyundai had the same car priced far less with more features at in my price range. I will absolutely recommend IE Hyundai to all my friends and family. Thank you!

The best Hyundai dealership in the Inland Empire hands down. First off lets shout out Razi,Sal,Lawrence and Chris. Razi genuinely puts the customers interests first and made sure my needs were met. Sal is the most honest finance guy and put the customer first. Lawrence explained the technology in my car so throughly and was so kind. This is how car buying should be. My whole analysis of the experience could take up pages but in short this place was text book grade A customer service. The whole car buying process today was straight forward and honest. I can validate all of these great reviews. I am the happiest customer and I will be purchasing a second car from them. Get EVERYTHING in writing at the start. They will bait and switch every chance they get. Will say they are lowering the price and then won't. Once we negotiated a price, they sent me a financial statement that had the final price after rebates that we had specifically discussed NOT being included in the price; that those would come off the negotiated price. Don't trust them, don't use them. There are plenty of dealers that are transparent in their pricing. Hyundai IE is not one of them.

I inquired about a 2022 Santa Cruz on Tuesday. I initially spoke with Bailey who connected me with Reza to work through the numbers. I live in Irvine which is about 55 miles away, so getting there was a challenge after work. After negotiating on the price, completing a credit application I was told by Reza that he would hold the car until Friday if I could make it out there around noon. I asked for the day off and communicated that to him. It's Thursday night and I get a text message that the car is sold. After negotiating the price, having my credit run, being told that the car would be placed on hold, and taking the day off, I'm informed that the car is sold and there was nothing he could do. Unethical business practice. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Ironically the car is still listed on their website.

Inept ,rude and dismissive service Department. Chris and Nick make sure you know just how un important you are . Customer service is non existent here. Was told my new 2022 electric Hyundai Kona could be there for 3 weeks to 6 months( defective battery) . After insisting on a loaner car, I was told they could not come pick me up to get the car because they were too busy. Finally after I get the loaner vehicle... the very next day I got pulled over because of expired tags and no current registration. The sales staff assured me that I would be well taken care of if I purchased my Kona with them. They could not have been more wrong.

I want to personally thank Howard Chen for being such an awesome help and a great sales associate! He was informative, helpful, patient and had a fun sense of humor. I never once felt pushed or pressured during the whole process. I got a fabulous deal on a 2019 Santa Fe, the vehicle was immaculate, certified, had low mileage and was $2,000 to $3000 less than everywhere else I looked, and I'd been shopping around for several months. This is my 2nd car this year I bought from them . Dwight and Reza where very good at making me feel comfortable . I had only had the car 4 months and it was too small . I ended up getting enough for the first car to pay it off and purchase a new 2022 Santa Fev Sel . Dwight made sure I drove it on the street and highway so I knew I wanted the car and would not be back in trying to turn it back in lol. I told me I need to have patience . I was in the market for a 2022 Ioniq 5 Limited AWD. We searched and called many places but no one had the limited in stock. Our alternative was the SEL AWD. I reached out to Hyundai Inland Empire for a stock check. "Howard Chen" gave me an excellent summary of the different trims over the phone. I had already done a lot of research so I knew what I wanted. I went in the same day to purchased the SEL AWD trim. Howard is very knowledgeable about this vehicle and answered all of my questions. The sales manager "Reza Latifian" was very attentive to my budget and treated me with the up most respect. I am rating this experience though I have purchased here before. The only improvement would be if they had enough people in Finance. It just takes way too long to be seen for signing papers. This is why they earn 4 stars instead of five. This was an impulse buy on a car I had thought about for awhile - hard to find model. The right car. A good price needed no haggling (used car). Easy to see and test drive. And NO funny games trying to add to price at closing like an “alarm” or something in fine print - appreciated the straight forward pricing. Oh ya- they were genuine and nice - it does matter.

When my old car broke down a few weeks ago I knew it was time to bite the bullet and buy a new one. I’ve had my eye on the Elantra for some time now so we put out some feelers and ended up getting in contact with Art and negotiating a great price via email before we even came into the lot. We test drove the car and really ended up liking it. I came in pre-approved with a good interest rate, and they still managed to beat it. Nobody pushed us for any extras and it was the easiest car buying experience of my life. They even let us take a picture with a giant bow 😜. Plus I love my new Elantra, it’s a great little car with tons of features for the price. I would highly recommend this place - their service was top notch.

Worst customer service!! I made an appointment about a week just to get a spot to do my 7.5K oil change via phone and all confirmed. The day I arrived, the service desk always busy with their cell phone, said I do not have any appointment and need to be back in a week or more and or can finish in few days. This is my only vehicle and what's the point of doing appt??!! there is no sorry or if they can do it and pick up eod. I also paid extra extended service for my car. Worst service!!

I had an awesome experience this week at Hyundai IE. After emailing Hyundai IE about an Ioniq I was interested in, General Sales Manager Tony called me back directly. He offered me a fantastic deal and we negotiated everything over the phone so it was all set when I came in. Jackie helped me out when I came in for my appointment, went through all the features on the car, was super friendly and informative about the entire process. There was no attempt at re-negotiating in person since Tony and I had already worked out a deal before I came in. Reza helped handle my trade-in, and he was also super welcoming and friendly. I did the paperwork with Sal, it was straightforward and quick, with no attempts to add anything on I wasn't aware of. Jackie gave me her number and has been in contact to make sure everything with the vehicle has been good since I left and if I had any questions that came up after I drove it a bit. The entire process from start to finish was enjoyable, comfortable, and honest. After having terrible and somewhat traumatic experiences at other dealerships and past purchases, it was a relief to leave feeling like I got a great deal and they were good people that took me seriously. Have already been recommending Hyundai IE to friends.

My car's engine broke down on the highway nearby and my car was towed here. Matthew was absolutely incredible from the moment I showed up until I picked up my car. This was the friendliest, most seamless and efficient service I have ever had (especially regarding my car). I live an hour from where they are located but I will certainly be back. My car required a new engine; Matthew checked my car in within 10 minutes, submitted everything that was required to get approval from my extended warranty, ordered the new engine, installed and ready for pick up within a week or so. He also kept me updated with regular calls throughout the process. I couldn't ask for anything more. Super helpful and amazing service! Thank you Matthew and to your team!

We shopped around for a while for a new car but kept getting the typical runaround. Luckily we decided to call Inland Empire Hyundai. We were first connected with Jessica who immediately got us pictures of the car we were interested in and called us back within a few minutes with the price we were looking for. My wife & I walked into Hyundai Inland Empire with no appointment. Jessica Herrera greeted us warmly and I knew immediately she would be a wonderful, friendly saleswoman and definitely not someone I would call "a shark" (you know, the kind that care more about making THEIR sale than meeting YOUR needs). With lots of research under my belt, I "knew" I wanted a 2021 Sonata SEL Plus. My wife thought maybe an SUV was better for her. Jessica stressed that she wanted us to get whatever vehicle was right for our needs. She was so patient as my wife test drove a Tucson and then a Sonata SEL Hybrid. Since the Hybrid had nearly everything the SEL Plus has, AND it's a hybrid, we got the hybrid (so much for what I "knew" I wanted) and I cannot be happier (especially with gas prices rising). Jessica also knew the car's features inside and out. She explained everything to us and made sure we had the MyHyundai Bluelink app properly set up on our iPhones. What a cool app! She also brought us to the Parts and Service departments (it was late and they were closed) so we'd know where to go for our maintenance. She was just great to work with. We also worked with Reza Latifian, who is Jessica's Sales Manager. What a great guy! I like to joke around and so does he. His joke delivery reminds me of Rodney Dangerfield (for those of you old enough to remember him). Reza worked out the details of the price proposal with us and there were no surprise extras. We paid exactly what the proposal showed. Like Jessica, he stressed that he wanted to be sure we are happy with our purchase and the entire sales process. We were, and we are! As we were getting ready to leave, I got a crazy idea and the next thing I knew, my wife and I were talking to Jessica and Reza about leasing a 2021 Elantra for 3 years. Everything went faster this time and I got to spend more time with my two favorite sales people, Jessica and Reza. The Sonata and Elantra will replace 3 Saturns that are all over 20 years old with 230k+ miles. Hard to say goodbye to my workhorse Saturns, but all good things must come to an end sometime. Bottom line: Jessica and Reza are really good people. They absolutely put your needs first because that's the kind of people they are. No pressure to get extras you don't need or to put you in a vehicle that is not what is right for you. I highly recommend that you look for Jessica and Reza at Hyundai Inland Empire if you are in the market for a new Hyundai.

Nothing short of amazing. And when I say that, I mean it. I was starting the process of looking for another car, and I will say, it is a rough go during these times. It's bad enough to have to go car shopping, but everything is "in transit" or has a crazy "market adjustment." The car shortage is a real thing. Although that is the case, there is not shortage of customer service at this location. Last Sunday, I contacted the dealership regarding a used Sonata Hybrid. I luckily came into contact with Jessica Herrera, and let me tell you, she is the reason I left the dealership with a car. Right after talking to her on the phone, she took time out of her busy schedule to take pictures and personally send them to me. She made sure I was comfortable with the purchase and knew a lot about the cars I test drove. She is an amazing saleswoman who truly cares. But I still wasn't fully sure about the purchase until Reza came into the picture and helped me get the terms I was looking for. I loved the back and forth and he was truthful. Loved his humor and personality. They are an awesome duo and got me an amazing deal on a used car, truly unbeatable. This is the only dealership I went to, and I am glad I didn't go anywhere else.

Great options for nice, equiped, and luxurious vehicles. Thank you Reza Latifian (Sales Manager) and Jaqueline Pat (Internet Sales and Leasing) for the outstanding customer service! We had our children with us and they were taken care of too. It was a hot Saturday afternoon and we were provided plenty of water and stayed hydrated/cool inside the building. Reza and Jaqueline took good care of us. They patiently waited for us to decide on our purchase options and worked well with us. Issues with my Santa Cruz. Engine light malfunction. Had sensor replaced after 6+ weeks waiting. Engine light came back on 2nd time. Mechanic bled the cooling system. Stated there was an air bubble. 3 days waiting for vehicle. Now happening for the 3rd time. Working with Service Manager, Kris, who seems concerned and is willing to accommodate me in every way, but repeated issues is not the answer. Frustrating to say the least. Now I'm considering other options to deal with my issues. Do hope a happy outcome will come out of all of this.

I came here because my car battery died in my 2022 Santa Fe, and I had the worst customer service experience with the service team. I was walking around looking to find the service area, and saw a gentleman walking toward the service bay-- who looked dead at me and kept walking. I find the service area (which is empty) so I walk to the sales area. I ask the gentleman there for assistance as the service area is empty. He tells me that someone should be there...I let him know that there's not. He then says they're in another room...I let him know once again, that there is not. He walks me out to the service area and it's empty, and he goes to get someone to help--which is the individual who walked away the first time. After a very cavalier greeting, which included "what's up" (super professional)... I attempted to try to explain what was going on with my car, and I took video of what happen to it and he refused to look at it continually telling me that I needed to bring my car in. My car is new and has a warranty, so it's not like I was looking to get a free diagnosis via video--I already know that I need to bring it in...I just wanted them to get a feel of what happened to it, take the time to listen to me. Instead, I received a very rushed, uncaring vibe. This was my first experience at a Hyundai dealership after switching from BMW and this place definitely missed the mark. However, I didn't look at the service department reviews prior to coming. If I had, I would've just avoided coming to begin with--because it seems like a recurring theme. I'm glad I didn't waste time bringing my vehicle here. Needless to say, I got my car taken to Fontana Hyundai, who provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. They took the time to listen and see what had been going on, and got me on my way the same day. I was also able to get my 7.5k maintenance taken care of at the same time. The facility was much nicer with a dedicated service pavillion and service advisors who were eager to help. I will be taking my car there for any future service needs, as this place does not seem to have high standards for customer service at all.

This has been the worst Hyundai dealer experience ever. Nobody treated Genesis customer like this; 1. The special service coupon was not much valid 2. The service manager - Matt - did not call me back to my voicemail and was rude to me 3. could not confirm the repair price until the last minute. So disappointed.. I would never work with this dealer again.

Be careful if you want to buy a car here. They checked my credit 5 times without my permission. This is clearly illegal. This place says they sell it cheaper than other modern dealerships, but that's not the case. Never trust, check the price well before you buy

I would have given this Hyundai a better review but upon asking the service department some questions about a Hyundai tucson the representative was extremely rude and tried dodging questions about some vehicle maintenance I could have done. When I went to ask for his name he refused to tell me and hung up. I don't know about sales but the service department was by the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership.

i had a 12:00 appt. I got a call at 4:00 that my car was ready, when i got there to get my car it took about 20 min. to get someone to help me to pay my bill and get my keys do to the fact they were short handed. I was told by the service department that even though i had a 12:00 appt. i was move to the bottom of the list because the people that waited in there lobby come first, if i knew that i would have waited there insist of going to lunch.

I will never do business again with Hyundai! I bought a Tucson as a fit for FunFoto Booth equipment & had issues from the get go. My car shakes whenever in slow traffic & in drive thru! Taken car to dealership SEVERAL times. They replaced dual clutch as its a 'common' issue for this vehicle. Car STILL shakes. Now 3 lights go out at SAME time, thinking it's a fuse issue. I take vehicle to dealership for the 'shake' again, a recall AND to check about possible fuse issue. No transportation provided, no call with update on car, no call informing of work being done nor approval & no phone call car is ready. I am billed $177 for them to change light bulbs! I could've done that!!!! I needed them to check if its a fuse issue! AND they say the shake is 'NORMAL' for my car!!! How is it ok for it to be normal?!?!? Oh... AND additional $70 in Lyft fees because when I asked if they provide transportation their reply was 'nope'. It's not the $254 to have light bulbs replaced, its the principal, its the customer service, and paying over $17k for a vehicle that is the 'norm' to shake 🤯🤬😤 Pending outcome from corporate office 😠 Don't buy Hyundai Tucson! This review is long overdue -- I purchased my brand new 2020 Hyundai Venue from Reza and Miguel back in September and I'm loving my car. The only thing I love just as much is the awesome deal I got on it. This dealership is unrivaled because: #1 they beat any offer by at least $500 and #2 because of the attentiveness of staff like Reza and Miguel. I was pretty set on communicating by email instead of phone and not coming into the dealership in person during Covid until the final signing, and they were pretty respectful of that with no pressure to talk by phone or come in, unlike the salesmen from other dealerships. We emailed back and forth for as long as I needed and they answered all my questions patiently and to my satisfaction. Plain and simple, they could offer the best price that no other dealership could beat, and trust me I did my research and got quotes from practically every Hyundai dealership in Southern California. My advice is to get the best quote you can, then bring your best quote here and end your search with a purchase at this dealership. That's how I got the best deal. And if you work with Reza and Miguel, you'll also get to experience their awesome customer service and attention. I highly recommend this dealership and I would definitely buy my next car here from Reza and Miguel again.

Mr. Howard Chen is the coolest car salesman. He made the deal so easy for me to apply for my financing & get into the car. Reza the sales manager made the whole package come together in just a minute's time on the phone, with a final price with gap insurance & upgraded bumper to bumper warranty! All-in-all, the best car buying experience. They made it so easy for us, that we got financing approved and the "out-the-door" price in about 30 minutes total. The car was delivered to our home the next day, and now we have a new car we can afford with America's best warranty.

The customer service is out standing! I was greeted by Reza and my sales person was Dwight. I can't say enough how great my experience was. They found the perfect SUV for me! We purchased our car from Hyundai Inland Empire. I called to schedule an appointment for my car to be serviced and the person who answered the phone was very nice and knowledgeable. I asked her several questions and she was able to answer them. They s ent me a text to remind me of my appointment. I arrived to my appointment and the receptionist was very nice asked if were staying or dropping off the car. We dropped off ran some errands and they called us to tell us the car was ready. We arrive and we checked out in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend you take your car there and purchase a car from there as well. Amazing service.

I recently purchased a car from here and Lawrence helped me thru the entire process. It was less than an hour from the time I walked in the dealership to the time I drove out my new ride. They did not force me to purchase extended warranties! Lawrence was a nice and fun guy and his boss as well! The salesman who helped me was awesome. He was a big help and made my purchase and time well worth it there. The floor manager I did like his style of bargain pricing but I didn't like how he hustled me by not lying but more misleading. I didn't know Gap insurance was included on leases but he told me " you take this deal and this much down Ill throw Gap insurance in for free. " That's my fault for not knowing but you'd hope these days there'd be some honest people, since customer service is key.

Disappointed. My husband came for an oil change and had a horrible experience. Took 2 hrs, only one car ahead of him in line. They told him his car would be ready after a wash, he waited another hour before seeing that his car was parked in front of the dealership the entire time, but no one communicated to him that it was finished. During this waiting period, three customers came and left with their cars. He got his paperwork which states the complimentary multi-point inspection as dealerships usually do... however when he got into his car he saw that the multi-point inspection paperwork wasn't filled out. I don't think we will be returning.

Bailey had so much information about the Certified Car Program, and was very helpful in starting the buying process. She introduced me to Reza who took over the negotiation and he was fantastic. After searching for several days on multiple websites I found my new Hyundai Tucson PHEV at IE Hyundai. They were the only dealer with any PHEVs for 200 miles around. Luckily they had the color and interior I wanted. However with the shortage of inventory I paid more than I wanted but got the car I was looking for. I do not like being negative but I want to be helpful to consumers -Schedule maintenance at Pep Boys (way better experience) I called Hyundai for a simple oil change, waited on hold for too long, they took my information and we got disconnected nobody called me back. I called them back WAITED again and got someone new. They did not have any of my information and she told me the person working with me was not allowed to call customers back. So I had to repeat all my information a second time. Only to find out they are booked for an entire month. Why did they waste so much of my time when they didn’t even have an appointment available. Good customer service would be to let me know the availability before taking all my information and wasting my time. FOR EXAMPLE on Pep boys online service you can see availability before inputing all your information.

My purchase here was the greatest experience I have ever had while purchasing a car! Our lease was up on our car and we needed a new car as soon as possible. Reza Latifian and Jessica Herrera were extremely kind and helpful! They took time out of their busy day to accommodate me while I was at work. Any question I had for them during my busy day at work was answered within minutes via text or call. I got off work and got there and the car I wanted was already out in the front waiting for me to test drive. We sat down for max 5 minutes and the car was mine! My wife and I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Jessica was very accommodating and friendly. My wife was particularly pleased with Jessica's service since we had had a bad experience here some years back, and she was leery of coming to this location.
