It took weeks to get this appointment set up. Eventually I had to drive in to speak to someone to get the appointment set up. No return call after at least two messages left. I assume the service was done correctly and hope so. The loaner that was brought to my house had a giant crack in the windshield… Obviously I could not drive this car.

I had some concerns with my vehicle a few months after purchase. Some of the add-ons I purchased were never installed or provided. I called to see if they could do anything for me and the sales manager told me “well, Carmax has a lot of vehicles right now and they are offering a lot for your G70 if you are not happy with it”. I love the car. I don’t love or appreciate being told to go @&$! Myself. I’m certain I’ll be purchasing another Genesis in the future but I’m also completely certain it won’t be at this dealership.

I’ve had my GV80 into Victorville Genesis twice for oil changes. First time, I sat for 45 min. and then was told they didn’t have the filter and I’d need to reschedule. The second oil change, I got home and there was damage to my passenger door! LL Genesis was timely on oil change, washed my car, and the people were very kind (Have a blessed day, from one of the managers)! I’ll spend the extra gas and time to drive back to Loma Linda Genesis!

Lawrence not only the best sales person. He takes care of setting up service for your car after the purchase.. Love that guy. Bob Snapper.

Love the car but getting it serviced is literally like jumping through hoops. They have successfully lost my appointment 2 times to where I had to reschedule and good luck getting a call back. Your constantly being transferred to the next person who is just trying to get you off the phone

I have never been to a dealership where there is no pressure AND no competition amongst those working there. Genesis of Loma Linda was everything but that. They did not have the car O was looking for only a similar model and they allowed me to test drive it. They looked to see what they had arriving and my car was already in order. They kept me in the loop regularly through the entire process. Shout out to Bailey, Lawrence and Reza you all are amazing 👏

I called Genesis of Loma Linda looking for a GV70 and they had none. The got three in on Friday and and Howard contacted letting me know they had three available. I went to the dealer ship the next and worked with Howard and Reza to get the car of my dreams. They both worked with me to get the deal I wanted and could afford . I am so grateful for them. This was the first time having my vehicle service at your facility. The service was very prompt. Person at the service desk was very cordial and respectful. My vehicle was returned to me in clean condition.
