Lobby not open because drive thru is open??? WTH line to the road ... need new management

Very dissatisfied with the loan process. Minimal communication. The process was very automated.

Best bank ever. The tellers are super friendly and down to earth. They will joke with you and all. I have had my account for almost a year and since day one I've had no problems. Most likely will be the bank I bank with for a long time.

Slowest branch in the northern Kentucky area. Been here numerous times and be prepared to be there a MINIMUM of 10 minutes. Just waited 25 minutes to deposit money. Absolutely uncalled for. HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well Mark W I have been with Huntington for 3 or 4 yrs now and I have never paid for over draft protection not once ur right some of the branches u go to r snobs but the one on huston ur nuts great bank never no problems

Honestly 1 of the worse banks ive been through i always have money missing in my bank and ill call and supposedly it doesnt happen i get no answers from anyone just a few weeks ago a elder man went in because $5,000 went mysteriously missing from his bank account he had just cashed a week prior. They all have auttitude problems and act as if they are above everyone do not bank through Huntington worse life expierence

Asst Branch Manager, Emily, colluded with her brother after he faced domestic violence charges against his wife, stemming from a year’s worth of provable abuse and alcoholism, to ensure a joint account would not be closed. The wife received confirmation from two different phone bank reps of separate occasions that this had been fully completed, to protect her credit from a known monster. Instead this woman gave her brother insider knowledge to somehow revive the account and potentially re-aliven her liability to this terrible man. A “national” bank should be more easy to do business with. A woman going thru a nightmare in her own right shouldn’t have to be concerned about inside connections. But frankly, apparently, that isn’t how this bank does business. Protect yourself. Protect your money. I’ll be suing this business and I wouldn’t wish it upon any of you. I never dreamed it could get worse than constant abuse and chronic alcoholism, but Huntington proved me wrong. Disappointing and disgusting.

First of all these workers are snobs and don't care about your financial problem. MY fiance and I just closed our account because we pay monthly for an overdraft account in which you have 24hrs to pay back without a penalty. So with that being said we go to use our card(the day before my payday) to have our card declined. So we call customer service and they said that basically they choose what we can overdraft on. So why am I paying for this option? So we just closed the account and you would think the banker would at least try to stop you and detour you from doing so in order to keep their business but nope. He was happy to close the account and just shrugged his shoulders to the situation. This world now days. I pray Isis takes us all out

This bank has the absolute worst customer service. No one ever answers the phone and the 1800 number won't get to a representative. The last payment on my loan has been messed up for weeks but I can't reach anyone who can help me fix it. I will NEVER get another loan through them.

the banker could have spit in my face and i would have felt more dignified. they treat their customers like garbage.
