I realize it probably isn’t the fault of this particular branch but I needed to get in to my safe deposit box TODAY for a paper for my mortgage. I called to see if this is possible (since they are currently only allowing people in by appointment) and it is impossible to speak to someone (the message said to leave a message and someone will get back to you within one business day). The message also said if you need immediate assistance to call another number which when you call it says the current hold time is >40 mins. This is ridiculous. If your branch is by appointment only then you need to have someone answering the phone.

I got into a car accident earlier this year. It was an awful experience. Two different employees at this branch treated me with such kindness, competence and humanity--I am so grateful. There were several odd things that came up in dealing with insurance. They explained what was happening to me throughout and went to bat for me with the insurance company to speed the process. They could have just done their job. They went above and beyond. Thank you.

When my wife worked at gnc. My accounts were there. Ron was taking money out of account and giving it to here under the table. She was forging checks and ron withdrawl the money. Maybe he should of lost his job for stealing money

Nice to know that in the midst of a pandemic Huntington is not willing to help people out. I needed to get a form notarized and I can’t get to my bank in Michigan. Even though they helped me out in May with a notary. Seems like they value people less and less with time.

I had the best experience ever at a bank. The customer service was top notch.

Yesterday at your Mill run branch we were treated very kindly by one of your employees who went out of her way to make some copies of a transaction that we had mistakenly made at your other Hilliard branch to save us time and trouble. The weather was cold and windy and she kindly brought it out to our car. We were very grateful.

Sat and held up the line in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes due to a SIMPLE address change. After a mumbling manager asks for a different form of ID, he then proceeds to question me, and then tells me to move forward and come inside. For what? Another 20 minutes to change an address which could have simply been done over the speaker or online on their app? No, thank you. It has never been a problem before, but, of course, lets keep up with the inconsistency in this establishment. Unnecessary rudeness, delay, and terrible attitudes.

They are inconsistent. You will have 1 bank teller tell you yes, then a week later they will tell you no and it should never be done. They act like they dont know whats going on. But when i came back they next day, a bank teller told me yes i could cash the check and the manager doesnt know what he is doing. They really need to get there stuff together and be on the same page.

Rudeness and unwelcoming I called them to set an appointment about my card is suspended, they told me that I don't need an appointment, and when I arrived at 03:00 pm the security guard say that he will not let me enter without an appointment This is bull sheets
