Huntington Bank County Rd, Maple Grove

This is the absolute WORST bank out there!! I'm moving my account to a bank that has more than 1 employee in the whole building and knows how to treat customers. Teller was rude, dismissive, nasty and sooo unprofessional. Acted like he was doing me a favor, refused to respond to call button while I sat for 15 minutes in drive through wondering if there was ANYONE even in the building. Said there was a line inside but when I gave up on drive through and went inside there was no line! He outright lied. Horrible place so advise everyone to close their accounts and move to a reputable bank.

This is the second time I've used the Drive-thru in the last week. The teller wasn't very professional, I wasn't greeted all she said to me was I'll be right back nor was a asked which account did I want me money placed into. She did ask me how much it was, but she didn't verify. She then put the money in the account that I didn't want it in. What happened to ask which account would you like your money to go into? And a simple good afternoon would be nice too.

I wish I could give this branch a ZERO star. That's honestly what it deserves. I have to come to this bank once a month for a cash withdrawal. I have been doing this at this location for 5+ years. Never had an issue when TCF ran the bank. Now, when I come, it take quite literally 30+ minutes just to do this task. It is NOT the employees fault. It is the fact that Huntington only has ONE (1) person working at a time for both indoor and drive through!! I'm most likely switching banks in the near future. Side note: I typed this whole review while just sitting in the drive through with no communication. The guy next to me has been here since before I was here.

I really had no issue with the day to day service and transition to Huntington from TCF. By reading some of the reviews, sounds like i'm one of the lucky ones. My experience with their bill pay service is a completely different story. DO NOT get an account here if timely bill pay service is important to you. They are currently mailing paper checks to some of the billers that were electronic with TCF (4 of mine changed specifcally) . My car payment took 11 days to make its way to it's destination and my gas bill took 16. When I called to see what was happening, they blamed it on the mail service. -- FOR 16 DAYS ?? Yeah, i dont think so. Already moving my money elsewhere ....

Everything great about TCF is gone and replaced by horrible service, no staff and super unfriendly to business owners. Been waiting at this branch for hours to do a wire transfer. You can only do at the branch. I have 16 accounts and am moving them all to Truestone (has a lot of the great employees from TCF and still cares about customers)

Without wasting too much of the readers time, Pretty much everything about this place sucks. I particularly find it ridiculous that they changed the TCF account and routing numbers and made customers update their information to every single one of their creditors. Not cool.

I went to deposit two checks in the ATM and the money never came into my account and nothing saying that it was pending. I called the customer service line and they had my on the phone for almost 20 minutes to get me a claim number. I honestly don't believe I'll receive the money that was deposited. Terrible bank. I'll go back to US Bank!

I was just inside to withdraw from my savings account and close my savings account. As soon as I handed my withdraw slip to the teller, she huffed and puffed and then began to withdraw the money. After asking for a receipt, she said, “we don’t do receipts for withdraws” and then proceeded to tell me I didn’t need to be in the branch while they closed my account. I asked for a confirmation of my account being closed, because I didn’t want to have a maintenance fee on the savings account since there was a zero balance now. She then said her branch manager would close the account today, and I asked her if I was able to talk to her because I really wanted a confirmation of the account being closed and then I asked if it was possible to get an email confirmation. She began to argue with me about getting an email confirmation. Then she went to talk to her branch manager and then said I would get an email afterwards. This teller was extremely rude and hostile for no reason. Ever since the merge, the teller and customer service has been horrendous, hence why I am closing the account in the first place!!

Getting VERY frustrated with the inconsistent hours of operation. Drive through and inside closed randomly. The app will almost never accept my online deposits. Completely unacceptable people are unable to deposit money they need. I’d love come communication to why this is happening.

I went here to get cash out (1k)inside, gal said she only has 5s and 1s? Your a Bank! U should have enough $ so your customers have confidence in your business.
