Huntington Bank Indianola Ave, Columbus

Do not bank there or any Huntington Bank for that matter. An ATM swallowed over $400, I was told it would take 2 business days to be resolved, here we are 11 days later and they still won’t give me my money. I submitted the dispute immediately, after not hearing back the bank teller admitted that sometimes they say they will submit it but don’t ??? So unprofessional. I have since called almost every single day and I’m being given the same run around, they say a researcher has to look into it and when I ask to speak to them they say they’re not available. Every day. So they never work? They say no one has the authority to credit me and act as if I’m lying about the deposit since the machine didn’t register it. That’s how they treat their customers. And they won’t give me the phone number to talk to someone on the case so I don’t have to be on hold for 30 to 60 min every time I call and have to talk to a different person. They keep telling me a supervisor will call with updates and I haven’t received a single phone call. I’m not the type to write negative reviews over petty stuff but this is the most unbelievable experience I’ve ever had with a bank. Switching to Chase as soon as I get my money back.

My usual visit to the bank was, as always, excellent. The staff is very friendly and manage to complete their tasks with little to no mistakes. However, this past Friday I accidentally locked my keys, cell phone, and personal belongings in my car. After 20 minutes of me scrambling to get AAA out here (but later finding out that they were unable to help me) I asked the bank teller if I could use their phone so I can call roadside assistance. She took the initiative to call her friend (who is a automotive technician) and he came over and unlocked my car for FREE. Huntington Bank did not have to help me with my personal car issue but they made it their priority. I was very impressed and I will always be thankful for their support.

The staff is very nice every time I go there. I came in about 15 minutes to closing to get quarters for laundry and the teller was fun to talk with when I was worried I would be a pain. Bonus that has nothing to do with anything: All of the quarters had bats on them. I love bats.

two days in a row, crunched for time at lunch hour, i try to make a SIMPLE CHECK DEPOSIT in the drive-up ATM. after putting in the card, my code, etc., i choose "deposit" option. the screen says it "can not perform that function. sorry." after waiting for 4 cars ahead of me, i have no time left to go wait in line at the walk-up ATM, or go inside and wait in line. i called the branch and asked them to do the courtesy of putting up a sign, so folks don't have to wait in line of cars to find out they cant make a deposit. i go the next day, nope, no sign. try to make a deposit, SAME THING. the bank ATM cant take my DEPOSIT! REALLY?!?!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The service is quick and simple. The ATM machines are conveniently located for both walk up and drive through. Easy access in and out on Indianola, however there are times when left turns out are challenging.

So this bank is so unprofessional. Listed my grievance on here, and it was removed. I will keep reposting. Do not bank here! My money was taken in the ATM and lost. I was told 3 business days to correct it, we are now at over a week. I've called and gone into the branch multiple times, to no avail. They keep telling me that they will audit the machine, and have not/will not do so. If you need your rent or groceries money held hostage by an uncaring corporation, this is the bank for you.

Most personable bank around. They make it fun going in and always serve with a smile.

Always great customer service. Bill is always attentive to my needs and gives me good advise. He walks me through things I need to understand. His personality is usually the highlight of my day. He really IS my personal banker!

I'm a very difficult person because my work is very random and demanding. This branch and it's staff have helped in a moments notice when every other branch for Huntington would not or even try to work with me. I appreciate this branch very much for all their efforts and amazing customer service always having a smile and a great attitude with the customers every time!!! Really means a lot Thank You!

adults bury money here like squirrels bury their nuts but unlike a hole in the ground, huntington has a nice app that tracks your nuts for you
