Huntington Bank Henry St, Norton Shores

Teller was extremely talkative to old lady in lobby. I stood behind them for 5 minutes and heard the entire conversation. It was nothing to do about banking. I gave social cues to wrap it up because I was in a hurry that day, and I don’t think they got the hint. Looking at past reviews, this bank notorious for their slow service and talkative tellers. I learned to avoid this bank and go to the one on Apple.

I have been banking with Henry st Norton Shores location for a while now. I was happy to find out a teller from my previous bank also transferred to Huntington! And I've known her for many years. They/ she is always friendly and kind. When I'm in a rush I know I can get through quickly. Lots of lanes open top help customers both inside and out. Reading the other reviews I was confused because I've never had an issue, but they had just remodeled fairly recently so perhaps they didn't have the space or staff to move things along quickly. I can report that things have changed and move rather fast.

I don't know what that person needs by. Great customer service as a new customer I've had nothing but good service and treatment ever since I form the account June of last year

I enjoyed the tellers taking time to talk and Sara was awsome helping start my new account.

Good bank ... great staff ... knowledgeable friendly and professional ... I'm very comfortable putting money here.

I've banked with Huntington for 10yrs. They're very fair, have alot to offer, & I'd recommend them anytime.

Here I am sitting in line watching a clerk have a full on conversation with someone who doesn't need a transaction fulfilled... This is the third time this has happened within two weeks. There are 6 others in line waiting for help. This is Huntington's slowest branch and most unprofessional. I will avoid this location at all costs. I can't believe how talkative these clerks are its completely disrespectful to everyone trying to move on with their day. Do NOT go here if you are in a rush....

Horrible customer service. Loads of false information given and ZERO accountability. So glad I opened this account SOLELY for the $150 bonus and they screwed me out of it. Will be closing all of my accounts ASAP.

Was planning on opening accounts here for business and personal. Amanda act liked like she didn't need our business, so we went elsewhere.
