Ashley fremd went above and beyond at my visit to the credit union today. She helped me with all my financial needs and then helped me get my debit card printed, showed me the e-banking app. Also made sure my card worked before leaving. It was such a pleasure to work with her friendly self!

I love this credit union. They are always so helpful and kind. I recently had a problem with my account and I think his name was Matt, (hoping it was, he deserves recognition) was very helpful. I have been a member of this Credit Union before it was CCCU. I have seen many friendly faces come and go and I would consider them all friends! My old faves (previous to it being CCCU) are Brittany and Courtney! These gals are amazing! I feel like I have seen them grow up. We talk about our families and life in general!!! Truly amazing women!!! My new fave is Matt!! He came on board when it became CCCU and made it a point to learn who you were. He is very friendly and all three would go out of their way to help you out!!! I am always greated with a smile and Hi, how are you doing ~ and then they truly listen to the response!!! I recently refinanced with Community Choice and I'm very happy I did. Not only did I receive a way better interest rate here compared to other places but the customer service was amazing. Brittany Hichue was who I worked with and she was amazing and very helpful. Whatever I needed she always helped and in a very speedy manner. One of the best customer service experiences I've had.

Great place to take care of any financial services, they give great financial advice. Definitely a great financial place for any and all needs from personal loans and auto loans to debt consolidation and mortgages. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an awesome Credit Union!!

As Trustee of my dad’s estate, I had a number of questions and account changes that needed to be made with his accounts. Brittany was extremely helpful and prompt on replying to my requests.

I have been a member even before it was CCCU and the staff is great, both original and new. My favorite is Brittany, she is always smiling and cheerful. She asks how I and my family are doing. It always makes my day a little bit better knowing CCCU and its employees like Brittany are there for me and care about me not just my business.

I have been a member for 10+years and have always had a friendly experience. When you bank here, they always treat you like family! Brittany has taken care of me as a member for loans in the past, she is the best when it comes to finding me the best option for my situation.

Stopped in to inquire about a couple new services that I was considering. Brittany was extremely helpful as we discussed various options. She patiently explained the pros and cons of the services that I was interested in. She finally helped to set me up with a new debit card. Matt was nice enough to print the card right then, so I didn't have to wait a week to receive it in the mail. Can't thank the Muskegon branch enough for all their help! You are the best!

This is a great credit union. Though it was my first time being there, I love how the employees treat their customers with positive attitudes, like Tricia. She was very helpful in guiding me through setting up my account, as well as being an awesome person to talk to.

Muskegon branch has an amazing team. I worked with Matt he helped my nephew with his account when someone got a hold of his debt card info. They have excellent auto loan rates too. He will make sure you are well taken care of stop in and see him soon.

I came in to get a loan through Community Choice and I have never had a account through them, however I friend told me about them cause she has a car loan through them. I have never had a loan before and I have no credit, however I still was approved through them. I tried to get a loan through my bank and was denied. Brittany was very helpful and direct on how to go about everything or if she wasn’t sure about something then she would try her best. I loved that especially. Also since I was referred by a friend, we both get $50. I haven’t tried the club checking app yet, however I was told it will save me money on daily things like dinner plans and I’m pretty lucky to have that. Thank you so much cause I wouldn’t be getting an apartment without the loan.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Brittany Hichue while working at a local nonprofit. She is super helpful, communicates clearly and timely, and does everything she can to better our community! She has been a team leader on volunteer needs with our nonprofit and has invited us to Family Fun Day.
