Huntington Bank Main St, Richmond

We had major fraud on our account and had to rush into the branch. Venmo had taken 10500 from our personal checking account. I was in tears. The staff calmed us and helped us get our money back. They were awesome. They address us by name and Amy the manager follows up with us on safety for our account. We just moved to the area and this was our first experience with the branch. They are now our main branch. Wont use another bank.

I have lived in the Richmond area a long time but NEVER considered Huntington Bank. It has always hid behind the brush and weeds and just doesn't look like a place I want to do business in. The 'easement' (from your western boundary to the drive) should be maintained by the bank giving it a more appealing/professional look. I did open a CD there this year only because of their 'special' deal but when that's done I'm done. If they would clean up the area a bit I might just reconsider and I believe a lot of other people feel the same way. The people there were great to deal with but I'm afraid that is not enough.

Every time I call this Huntington or go inside, everyone is so kind and helpful. Thank you for taking care of your customers!

Fantastic Tellers working there hampered by only ONE OR TWO being allowed to work at a time. They are overworked and the bank looses customers because of extremely long wait times. And on top of it all there are at least TWO "managers" or people that have nothing to do with customer service hovering around...Ridiculous!

Atm is a joke they know it's not working correctly then I ho inside and get totally disrespected by the teller and manager. I have banked with huntington bank for 15 years and I'm going to pull all my accounts and never use them again. So I warned you to not use richmond if you do it's your problem just giving you the heads up.

This branch is slow and refused to allow me to deposit into my account due to their 'INTEREAL PROCEDURES' . I do not recommend going thru their drive thru unless you have a full tank of gas. This branch is absurdly slow.

I am a long time customer of Huntington bank,but the Richmond Michigan branch is not the brightest light in their business,on more than one occasion I have been in there ,no one else in line two or more people working and they make me wait up to five minutes,all I wanted to do is deposit my check,so from now on I will only deposit my check at the ATM because the ATM don't say we will be right with you,and make you wait,bad business ,all other locations are much friendlier too
