Huntington Bank Denmark Ave, Eagan

My account was compromised and conveniently their website was simultaneously down for "scheduled maintenance" so i couldn't lock my card. Tried calling the number on the card but it was after hours and could not get in touch with anyone. I ended up having $350 withdrawn as a result. The next day finally got in touch with someone to file a dispute on the charges, after waiting on hold for more than 30 minutes. I still haven't received a new debit card and it's been a week. They should have a 24 hour service for instances like these!

The teller was very nice and professional, liked interacting with him. The issues I had was... . The lobby was closed and since I needed quarters this was a major inconvenience. . The bank was out of quarters and suggested I go to another branch . Since the merge I do not know my account numbers yet, there also was no way for the rep to tell which account was which so I could properly make my deposit. . The pen provided was broken and the rep ignored it sending a more broken pen. I mean it was in pieces so it was very obvious. Never going to this branch again.

Terrible customer service. Every time I go to this location the lobby is locked. Not all things can be done through a drive-through and they pretend they don’t see you when you’re at the door. The service is slow and a lot of other customers in the drive-through seemed unhappy as well. I would avoid this location. It’s poorly managed.

I tried calling this specific location 5 times and no one answered. I tried scheduling a appointment with a banker online & over the phone to open a business bank account but was unable to do so. I went into the bank today 11/2/2021 at 12:20 and waited in line until 12:55. When I was finally called to up to get helped I was told I had to schedule an appointment with a banker online or over the phone. 10/10 never recommending this bank to anyone. Also if you like waiting in line for 20+ mins this is the place to go 🙃

Magnificently terrible. Barring some act of God I will be changing banks ASAP.

I was a satisfied TCF Bank customer for many years. Things went downhill fast when Huntington took them over. I needed to talk to someone about the fees on my account for services I didn't ask for. I called the local branch. A machine answered, put me on hold for a minute, then hung up. I went to the office during regular business hours and found a locked door with a sign "Temporarily Closed". I called the customer service 800 number and could not find a way to talk to a human being. It put me through four levels of menus, then hung up on me. If you enjoy hassle and frustration then Huntington is the bank for you.

Well let's see here, where to begin The first time I deposited cash via their outside ATM, it took 2 weeks to show up in my account. I called the bank and they told me they could do nothing as an outside company runs the ATM. Currently the ATM is not taking deposits and you can't withdrawal money. Lol. I was hoping for a better change after Huntington bought the bank from TCF. Still long lines for drive up service Everytime I go. My wife banks with WF and she never goes through any of this BS. I tried helping a local bank, but I'm done. I'm moving to WF or US Bank.

The tellers were professional and helpful. Even though there was a wait, because I brought in paper bonds, the 1st teller wasn’t familiar with them. Which was understandable. He still helped best as he could and handed my question over to a lady who knew what to do with the bonds. Very nice and everything worked smoothly. Thank you, I know it’s hard right now.

They’ve been nice and professional every time I’ve gone through the drive-thru. Have yet to go inside.

I like how you can select a custom bill mix at the ATMs.
