Went to get something notarized. The clerk was eating. She said something and I said "I can't understand you." She had to cover her mouth to talk to me. That's gross and unprofessional. But I got my document notarized. Take your breaks in a private area please.

Terrible drive thru service- no customer service, they don’t even check in to let you know they’ll be right with you.

Waited for an hour and a half after getting here at 9am when they opened on Saturday. Could complete business transaction because one officer had to leave before a huntington banker could even assist us. Appalling. Waste of my time. Will be looking into other banks.

Extremely disappointed. Main reason why I canceled my personal accounts and switched banks. Kept my business account here, but looking to switch that too. The teller told me she switched my address in the system for my statements for business purposes and come to find out she never did. Help up several things... causing me issues and interfering with personal situations. Won’t be back.

Spoke to someone about meeting with a banker and was told I would be called back to schedule a meeting appointment. No one ever called back.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful when I go inside. Never had an issue.

Place is great! Hours are convenient as well as the location. Tellers know me by name and the bankers are always helpful. 24 hour grace is a huge benefit with my account. Things happen, so it's nice to know a bank understands that. There are accounts with NO fees. My old bank charges me $12 just to have the account. Huntington does not charge to have a checking account. Highly recommend if you want a no frills, no fee account.

Huntington bank charges you multiple fees and communicates via snail mail and before you receive the letter, they charge you another fee. I will never recommend this bank to anyone. All my friends and family are in the process of closing accounts. Phil (the personal banker I dealt with), was abrasive and rude and did not attempt to resolve the situation. My accounts have been hacked multiple times, and it took the bank 20 days to send me a new debit card leaving me without access to my funds on business trips. HORRIBLE BANK. Do not go here unless you want to receive hidden fees and deal with unprofessional and rude employees.
