GOD SENT! Doreen J. Leuenberger, at the Ridge Rd. office is truly one of a kind. She's professional, empathetic, and not condescending! Doreen takes pride in finding solutions for real working families like mine. I can't express enough how much I appreciate her help and most of all, the respect and gentle demeanor she's provided during some very difficult times. UCFCU should be very proud to have her on their staff - Doreen is a positive light to a brand that holds the catholic name. Had to post this spoke to the boss but I didn't feel like she really grasped how special this employee is...I hope this sheds some light! Highly recommend!

This credit union appears to neglect basic record keeping and financial documentation best practice standards based on my interactions and personal experience. Steer clear of disorganized financial institutions unable to maintain basic record keeping and mail delivery standards when there are whale competitors (“big banks”) with multiple, multiple eyes on everything so that your financial needs are met securely and orderly.

I have been a member for almost 50 years ! The credit union has helped me many times but do not give any loyalty awards or a break on anything.

Wonderful staff very helpful great location come join I'm glad I did made my day every time I come in there if I feel bad I always got to smile on her face and a good word that would make you all happy

Mission Statement: "Unity Catholic Federal Credit Union is a member-owned, full-service financial institution that provides financial products, services and education to all Catholics within the Diocese of Cleveland." Very friendly tellers, Lakewood Branch has the best but the people that sit on the back and make decisions are very biased, especially if you are Hispanic or Black. They give you hard time even for a simple request. Everything needs to go through the Board of Directors for decisions. Even to get a limit increase on your ATM card to access your own monies. If you are Hispanic or Black or a minority and has the same problems please post here for a possible class action suit.

We always have a great experience with the Unity Catholic office in Lakewood. Diane and Angie are the consummate professionals from the ordinary transactions to home equity and auto loans. I appreciate that they know their clients by name and are genuinely interested in them and their needs. Highly recommend!

I was acknowledged when I went into line. The teller said that she would be with me in a minute. She thanked me for waiting. She did my two transactions quickly and accurately. It is always a pleasure dealing with the staff. Today Magaly Rodriguez waited on me. She greeted me immediately and took care of my business. Then she informed me of the member appreciation week raffle and the giveaways on the table. I liked that she was fast without making me feel rushed. I loved that she informed me of the special events going on without me having to ask. Such great service! 👍 😀

Everyone here is always so nice and helpful! I have been with this Credit Union for about 13 years now and have never had any issues :)

This Unity Catholic Credit Union staffs "Top Drawer" personnel! They have always serviced us well! The Parma & Brunswick Branch have always done right by us! I have referred many new Members of all races and no one has ever had a complaint - In fact...we are very grateful to Unity Catholic Credit Union for helping several new members get "back on track" financially! Banks tend to treat there customers with a less personal experience, whereas Credit Unions are more like Family! From Personal Loans to Visa Check & Debit Cards, Money Markets to CD's, Auto, Boat & Motorcycle Loans to Checking, Savings & Insurances, Financial Planning & Student Loans with Cost-Saving - Competitive Rates - I cannot say enough about this Credit Union!

These ladies are sweet, helpful and personable. I feel welcome and appreciated every time I come in. Observing their interactions with other people I see consistent, caring service and that's hard to find. I gave 4 stars only due to the hours.
